Every single time. And I think the shot of the lightning flashing behind the grave is even more impactful than the “I didn’t expect to me happy” he feels like his parents and the gods themselves are conspiring to make him do this. It’s utterly brilliant.

And I precise Bruce being the man, a sane, stable, well-balanced individual who can spend some rest the weekends, makes plans to make Gotham better for a better future and who doesn’t spend time with models, I prefer him being with Selina.

He takes in Robin (Dick) not because he needs to be a soldier in his war on crime, but because he doesn't want him to be denied the childhood he was denied. He deserves a childhood, a family, and a good mentor and father. And also to teach him wisdom and fighting to defend himself. Batman is merely an identity that he knows he can use to advance his cause. My concept of Batman is best expressed imo in his line to Owlman from Crisis on Two Earths "We both looked into the Abyss, but when it stared back ? You blinked."

For me, in a Batverse or in a DC universe, where Bruce Wayne is consumed by his alter-ego as Batman, becomes all-consumed by his war on crime, and pushes away all his friends, allies, and normal life in favor of a eternal life as Batman ? That's a failing. That means Bruce blinked too, and that isn't my Batman in my honest opinion so don’t take personally and you’re free to have tour personal opinion on your vision of Bruce/Batman.

But i think my vision of Bruce is maybe better for a AU project, at least the one i'm working on.

Its truly sad what is happening to Matt Reeves, so hopefully he ends up being okay, but WB should gotten their stuff together before giving Reeves a trilogy, and then rebooting the DCU

The Batman, if anything, should've been the first movie of the DCU, and now the DCU is suffering because of it, cause sadly no superheroe is making the money Batman makes, and him being in the DCU would help it to grow a lot.

I keep wishing for The Batman to be merged to the DCU, cause having 2 differents Batman movies will confuse the general public and not help the DCU.

Went as The Riddler this past weekend, and ran into a Catwoman! We had to keep our eye out for Batman. I had purple gloves and a mask, but decided to ditch them.

I don't know just usually doesn't mesh well with me especially when I see him in fan works I don't know to me he would be more of lean athlete or lean Runner, I'm not opposed to the idea but probably more when he's in his early years not in his modern age and to me it just makes more sense because he fights people like Killer Croc Bane and Clayface.

I feel like more bulk would add to the intimidation although I guess that does depend on what you're going for, it's just that I'm not really that big on it and or when he's kind of weirdly twinkified if that's a word. Although I'm not opposed to the idea of when dick is Batman being slim I don't know maybe it's just more fitting than Bruce

I loved the movie so much and I’m praying that there Will be more of ts. It inspired me to get back into the arts too and as a body horror person - it did wonders for me Holy shitttt.
