Pretty, pretty, pretty good! A disturbance in the subreddit: Blake J. Harris, author of "Emperor of Nothing: The Making of Larry David", joins us for an AMA on Tuesday, October 20th!
We've successfully foisted our first AMA on Blake J. Harris, author of Emperor of Nothing: The Making of Larry David, who will be with us next Tuesday, October 20th.
This book is the only authorized biography of Elvid, and u/blakejharris will be here to answer your questions about Larry himself, the book, and the behind-the-scenes stories from researching and writing it. Maybe we'll finally find out if Larry respects wood.
Remember: no chat-and-cuts, and never wait for seconds!

I love how Larry mostly relates more to crazy people than the other celebrities

Season X / Episode Y The season 4 finale was nearly perfect
Season 4 Episode 10
The reveal that Mel Brooks was intentionally trying to sabotage the production just like the characters in the play was some of the best irony put on screen. Both David and Brooks are national treasures!
I really need to see the producers musical now and kinda wish the casting of David and Schiwer was real 🙂

Humor What is your mixed nut combo?
For me; sunflower nuts, dried blueberries and strawberries, salted cashews, and toasted coconut shavings.

Just started watching for the first time. I just finished episode 10. I love this show already, I’m actually laughing out loud (not just smiling/chuckling) at every episode. 10/10. No notes.

Humor You can pay someone in Japan to professionally apologize for you. Is using an apology service closer to begrudgingly or to sincere?
In the company’s picture here, there is definitely a shit bow by both characters. The woman is a little bit worse, because if I can see your eyebrows and eyelashes at maximum bow, it’s definitely a shit bow.
But on both of them, they’re just dropping their heads. The body is completely straight! Bend at the waist, especially if you are being paid to apologize. It’s a disturbing lack of professionalism in this industry.
