Welcome to r/EnterpriseWebOps — what breaks between content and measurement?

Hi, we’re the Adovo team. We started r/EnterpriseWebOps for people who build and run enterprise websites and digital experiences, where content, engineering, data, analytics, and marketing operations have to work together.

The whole Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem is in scope, not only AEM. Bring practical questions and lessons about AEM Sites and Assets, Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, Target, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Commerce, Marketo Engage, Workfront, and the integrations between them. Cross-platform approaches are welcome too.

Share real production problems, tradeoffs, and what you tried. People from every company are welcome. If you link to your own work, disclose the connection and put the useful part of your answer here. This is an independent community founded by Adovo, not an official Adobe channel.

To get us started: which handoff is hardest in your stack right now—content, customer data, measurement, experimentation, or journeys? What have you tried?

Analytics & Data The page is live. The conversion event isn’t. Who owns the last check?

A campaign page can pass visual QA while its form or CTA event never reaches reporting. For an AEM and Analytics/CJA launch, I’d want one named owner to verify the event in staging and again after publish. Who signs off measurement on your team, and what evidence counts as sign-off?
