I relocated to New York for work and am looking for a qualified replacement tenant for my entire private studio in LA 90037, near USC and Exposition Park. This is a landlord-approved lease assignment through July 31, 2027, not an informal sublet. Move-in can happen after the landlord completes the application, credit approval, and assignment paperwork.

Total monthly cost: $1,675 ($1,575 rent + $100 flat utility fee). The landlord requires a $1,575 security deposit from the incoming tenant.

The studio has its own full kitchen and bathroom, mini-split heat/AC, laundry on site, and assigned parking inside an automatic gate. A bed, desk, chair, and kitchen appliances are included; other furniture shown is available to discuss. No smoking. Pets require prior written landlord approval. All adult occupants must apply, and renter liability insurance is required.

Up for sale is my GMW-B5000D-1 Stainless steel Casio G-Shock Full Metal. Originally the watch came with a resin band, I bought the oem stainless steel band from Casio.
Comes with 2 extra links, with the current configuration i have it set for my wrist which is about 7.5 inches and the clasp comes with micro adjustments. Equipped with Tough Solar power, Multi Band 6, and Bluetooth. Has a negative display and a screw-back case design.

I'm a 32F from and living in West Virginia who is coming to Los Angeles on Friday to see My Chemical Romance on Saturday. I bought 2 tickets to see MCR on Halloween night with the intention of treating my best friend to plane tickets and a show, but she is not going to be able to make it now for health related reasons. :(

I've tried reaching out around my local area but (understandably) it's hard to find someone on such short notice who would be able to get a plane ticket quickly.

I'm looking to sell the ticket that was intended for her. It is a ticket for the Garden 6 area of the venue (Hollywood Bowl). I paid $1,063 for the ticket alone and don't want it to just go to waste. No one else I know is able to go. I'd be willing to sell it for somewhere around $800 just so I can make back some of what I spent to help with my plane ticket back home.

Very good condition, single owner (married couple). Not sure exactly how many rides it has but I would guess somewhere in the 250-500 range (would be very surprised if it was even as many as 500, but just to be safe).

Note that despite the picture, the bike has NOT been kept outside (ever) - I just brought it out this morning to get better photos and because our unit is down several extra flights of stairs. It will be kept under plastic wrap until sold. There is a plug on our deck so you can plug it in to test as well if needed.

Includes shoes if you want them (Women’s 8.5 & Men’s 9), both also in good condition with ARC1+ latches attached. Also thick gel seat cushion.

It is down one flight of stairs (wide outdoor stairs with small step size). It is moveable by one person when screen is removed, two people make it much easier though. Or I can help you move it to your car. Official bike dimensions 59"L x 23"W x 53"H, weight 135 lbs. For transport, it has rear roller wheels and it is about 12-18” shorter in both length and height when seat and screen removed.
