I've made some substantial improvements to the tool since my original post, including a redesigned interface and a much simpler process for adding XBOX Game Pass titles to Logitech G Hub.

What's improved:

• New interface with game artwork and clearer game selection
• Automatic scanning across multiple drives and custom XBOX installation folders
• Shows which games are already registered in G Hub
• Automatic database backup and installation — no more manually replacing files
• Additional database validation and recovery safeguards
• Option to export a separate database if preferred

My friend says my mouse is broken but im not sure the left and right click definitely sound different but it could just be break in i dont use the right click much at all but the left click does vibrate a bit sometimes and it feels sort of less snappy and feels a lot easier to press it's noticeable but when i click them at the same time they both click and reset at the same time too they just feel ENTIRELY different when clicked seperately

I have recently bought Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless, when I switch it to On-Board Memory mode the RGB shuts off completely. I suspected the reason to be Low Charge left on the mouse, but I had it in On-Board Memory mode before and the lights were working perfectly even with low battery left.

Can someone please help?

Hello! After a while, I managed to reverse engineer the G560 speakers and extract the firmware. I don't dare to create a custom firmware and flash it to the speakers yet, but I'm curious if you would be interested in me making it public.

Some things that work:

• Master and subwoofer volume control
• Exposed EQ
• Lighting control with custom patterns
• I was also able to extract the applied volume table.

A few months ago, I saw that some devices received a new firmware update that bricked the speakers. With this, I could potentially bring them back to life as well. I hope this is interesting to you—let me know if you want me to make it public.

First time dealing with Logitech support in a very long time. Called support on 10/21 got a ticket made, talked to the rep to verify S/N etc. I then was told to send proof of purchase and my address which I did but I still haven't heard back. It hasn't even been a week yet (I know) but I was just curious to the typical response time. (essentially wondering if I should bother reaching back out) Thanks!

With the new G HUB 2026.7 update today, I have no idea where to find the Sensitivity/DPI setting. Does anyone know where it is now?

Wired 7.1 Gaming Headset and the wire stopped working a little bit ago and i went on the spare parts website to get a new one but I dont see it for purchase or anything and any 3rd party I use either doesn't fit or the sound is awful or something is wrong. I just want to buy a new wire. I'll pay for it or do anything for it. Please help.

Got MW4 yesterday; all the in-game sound and the menu music work fine, but I can't hear any enemy or teammate footsteps, just my own.

I have gone into sound properties and Dolby Atmos is set to off.
a50x game is default, and a50x voice is set to default communications.

BF6 works fine can hear everything. So don't understand what the problem is.

I’ve been on Linux for a long time and G HUB is the one thing I never managed to replace. Piper, Solaar and OpenRGB are great, but each only covers part of it, and I wanted DPI, lighting, buttons and per-game stuff (like the mouse glowing in Uncharted’s colors) in one place. So I built it.

What it does:

• DPI levels, sniper button, report rate
• Lighting saved on the mouse itself, so it works without the app running
• Live lighting while the app is open (follows your screen, reacts to audio, DPI colors)
• All 11 buttons including G-Shift, plus the 5 onboard profiles (rename, copy, export/import, backup)
• Per-game/per-app rules, like red while YouTube plays, or a profile and cover-art colors when a Steam game starts
• Macros, CS2/Dota 2 lighting, and an experimental bridge for Proton games

Heads up:

• Only supports the wired G502 HERO (046d:c08b), because it’s the one I own
• I use EndeavourOS + KDE Plasma 6 on Wayland. Most things should work elsewhere, but rules based on the focused window need KDE for now
• DPI, lighting, buttons and profiles are solid on my mouse. Macros, the CS2/Dota 2 stuff and the Proton bridge are new and barely tested, so treat them as beta
• It writes to the mouse’s onboard memory, but backs it up first and you can restore it
• Unofficial, not affiliated with Logitech. GPL-3.0, no account, no telemetry

So for some reason my mouse showed inactive in the gpro app first tried to

Repairing the mouse to dongle didnt work
Cable in and out tried it a lot then for somereason now it doesnt even show as inactive my mouse isnt even there

Tried using on board memory manager

Each time i try to connect my mouse it says

connection timed out make sure the correct mouse is selected and the usb cable is disconnected then try again.

Did everything as it asked yet nothing i am desprate atp to find a solution

It’s been like 9 months of problems and pain with the superlight 2 and the support couldn’t help me they sent me 2 replacement for my mouse and all end up with the same problem I contacted the support again to try to tell them its most likely an firmware or software issue but they don’t wanna listen now they asked me to ship the mouse for examine and iam really disappointed and unhappy with this decision cuz its gonna take to long until they finally realize it’s a non hardware issue can any one please help

I have a Logitech G435 and I always wanted to see its battery level directly in Windows. G HUB doesn't support this

headset, so the only hint was the low-battery beep, which usually comes at the worst moment.

So I built a small Python app that sits in the system tray and shows the battery:

- Battery percentage in the tray icon (green / yellow / red, gray when the headset is off)

- Battery voltage and the time of the last reading in the tooltip

- A notification when it drops to 20%

- Optional start with Windows

- No G HUB needed

I've been using it for a week, and the readings match the headset itself: the low-battery beep goes off right when the

app shows the battery getting low. The voltage reading is exact; the percentage is an estimate from a standard

lithium battery curve, so it can be off by a few points.

Important: it only works with the newer G435 receiver (USB ID 046D:0ADF). The original receiver (046D:0ACB) uses a

different chip and protocol, and isn't supported. The README has a one-line PowerShell command to check which one you

have, without installing anything.

It's open source (MIT) and unofficial, with no affiliation with Logitech. It doesn't write anything to the receiver or

the headset; it only reads the battery.

My G733 has been saying low battery all week and I’ll go to charge it and it’ll get charged for a while and deplete so quickly. It is now stuck at 5%. I have it plugged in. I’ve tried different USB ports. What do I do?

If my Logitech superstrike x2 mouse is defective on the right side on arrival and the other mouse button is fine on the left side does that mean I can return it I've read most of the warranty rules and it says I can BUT when I filed a clam to them this guy said he'll only give me a discount coupon of 30% off which I was like bullcrap so I asked another person and filed another one and they reviewed it amd they said they'll give me further steps on how to escalate the situation and i haven't got a response for like 72 hours so did they just leave me or somthing aswell as am I able for a refund?

I bought the z207 bluetooth speakers, but the Bass is to strong is there a way to configure the sound on those speakers? or am I stuck with what I have?

Astro A50X – Pausing Spotify Mutes All Discord Audio. Anyone Have a Fix?

I recently picked up the Astro A50X, and I'm having a really frustrating audio issue.

Every time I pause Spotify, it completely mutes my Discord audio as well. The only way I can hear Discord is if I leave Spotify playing or turn the Spotify volume all the way down instead of pausing it.

As soon as I hit pause on Spotify, I lose all audio and can't hear anyone in Discord.

Has anyone else experienced this with the A50X? Is there a setting I'm missing or a known fix for this?

Any help would be appreciated!
