Art/कला I recreated Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha) in Minecraft!
Those who are familiar with the game called minecraft, i made Everest in it!
Its not the best, but i did what i can do to make it realistic.

Hello Folks
A long time ago, when the protests in Nepal had just begun and you overthrew the government with great power. I had drawn a poster for your struggle. I wanted to share it again.
Much love from Turkey. Glory to the people!

Jung Bahadur Rana (Bir Narsingh Kunwar) being carried on the back of an attendant along a rocky mountain path.
He is accompanied by five attendants: one carrying him, one holding an umbrella over him, one carrying a hookah, and two serving as armed guards, one with a rifle and the other with a khukuri.
– Artwork by Sydney Prior Hall, dated 25 February 1876, as inscribed on the drawing.

I used to make those during lockdown. That's why I really miss lockdown 😔 it helped me know my creative side.

Namaste r/Nepal!
I'm a Nepali developer and in my free time I made my first mobile game, Dharahara Stack.
Everyone remembers Dharahara falling in the 2015 earthquake. Seeing it rebuilt meant a lot to me, so I wanted to make something small around it. In the game you stack Dharahara floor by floor with a swinging crane and try to build it as high as you can before it topples.
Some Nepali touches I added:
- Coins are called Mudra, and the bigger packs are a Silver Thaili and a Gold Thaili
- A Dashain theme with kites switches on automatically from Ghatasthapana, and Tihar brings diyos
- Tower styles include Nepali brick and an old village mud house look
It's free, with no forced ads. The only ad is optional, if you want to revive after a fall.
iPhone only for now: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6816631456
(Sorry Android friends, I'm a solo dev. If enough people ask, I'll try.)
Feedback, good or bad, is very welcome. And if you play, post your highest floor.
