Single Family Home (1-4 Units) Scared i will regret selling
I purchased a couple rentals a few years ago and I now wish to sell based on my new primary residence mortgage. I keep going back and forth on this but i feel that now i live 1hr away and may not be able to do repairs, it will really eat into my cashflow and a guaranteed 6.5% tax free paydown on my primary mortgage would make more sense. I feel like after selling i would have roughly 120k to put on my current mortgage. AND if it doesn't sell right away (or at all) i will have scared off my tenants! Any insight would be much appreciated.

- i live 1hr away now so i wont be doing much maintenance, which is why i have 20% listed
