Do any women take TRT? I’m looking for a dose for my wife that won’t make her look manly but help her get some gains in the gym and just improve her lifestyle? Does that does of test cyp exist?

Total testosterone: approximately 300 ng/dL
Free testosterone: 71 pg/mL (reference range: 35–155 pg/mL)
LH: 3.41 mIU/mL
FSH: 1.89 mIU/mL
43yo 220lbs
Prescribed 1 Vial (Grapeseed) Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/ml 10 ml
Inject .15 ml (15 units) subcutaneously (thigh or shoulder) daily
I had a failure to launch with this stuff a few years back due to high hematocrit and e2. I’m concerned that I might need to start a bit more conservatively this go around.
Previous situation: once a week injections, body weight was 310 lbs and drank alcohol nightly. I believe the dose was 200mg once weekly.
Current situation: planning on daily injections, body weight is 220 lbs and gave up alcohol a year ago. Prescribed 210mg weekly to be injected in daily doses.
I’m considering cutting the dose in half to start.
Appreciate any advice you guys can give me. Thanks.

I have a question for those who use testosterone without HCG: do the testicles shrink so significantly that it becomes clearly noticeable? Also, does the volume of ejaculate become extremely small, or does it remain within a reasonable and acceptable range?

I’m 32. Workout 5-6 days a week for years now, recently did a blood test @ 7 am. I’m 6’ 223 lbs. I’m struggling with low test symptoms especially low libido for like 5 years now. I know my test level is over the considered normal range, but could TRT help me out? anyone started from these levels? Also diet is locked in. 200g protein a day.
I’m just really sick of feeling sluggish, brain fogged, and incredibly low libido. I just don’t feel right. It’s caused me issues with relationships because I just feel like my sex drive is gone even though I don’t want it to be.

Hey everyone,
Looking for some advice from people who have been on TRT longer than I have.
I’m a 37-year-old male and started TRT about 9 weeks ago. My doctor prescribed 150mg of testosterone cypionate per week, split into three injections:
Monday: 50mg
Wednesday: 50mg
Friday: 50mg
Just had my bloodwork done after 9 weeks, and here are my results:
Bloodwork:
Total Testosterone: 1280 ng/dL
Free Testosterone: 313.3 pg/mL
Estradiol (E2): 68 pg/mL
My stats:
Age: 37
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 245 lbs
Body Fat: Approximately 25%
Weightlifting: 5 days per week
Currently focused on losing body fat while building/maintaining muscle
For some background, I used to weigh 345 lbs, so I’ve already lost 100 lbs. I’m continuing to work on lowering my body fat percentage while maintaining as much muscle as possible.
My testosterone before starting treatment was around 267 ng/dL.
My questions:
Does 150mg per week seem too high based on these bloodwork results?
With my total testosterone at 1280 and free testosterone at 313, would you consider lowering the dose?
Is an estradiol level of 68 concerning, or is that expected with testosterone levels this high?
Has anyone experienced similar numbers and found a better balance with a lower weekly dose?
Could lowering my body fat percentage help bring my estradiol down naturally?
I’m not trying to chase the highest testosterone numbers possible. My goal is to find a sustainable TRT dose that improves my overall health, energy, body composition, and quality of life without unnecessarily elevating other hormones.
I plan on discussing everything with my doctor, but I’d like to hear from others who have been through something similar.
Appreciate any feedback!

I believe I have high levels of e2, I’ll get my bloods done in around 4 days.
Because of the high e2, my face has been bloated to hell. If I do hop on Aromasin, how long would it take to visibly decrease the facial bloating.
A day? A week? 2?
12.5 mg aro eod for example dosage.

175cm
72kg
17%bf
Testosterone 178,8ng/dL
E2 162,14 pg/mL
FSH 2.20
LH 1.47
SHBG 40.90
what the hell it’s going on?? i’m feeling all the sides from low test and high E. Crying every time, low libido all my 17% it’s in the love handles. i was expecting low T but not E that high tbh.
what do you think?

If you’re on TRT and your estradiol levels are within your desired range, and you’re feeling good with no estrogen-related symptoms, is there a clinical rationale for continuing Arimidex prophylactically, or would it be more appropriate to reduce or discontinue it while monitoring sensitive estradiol levels and symptoms? In other words, should aromatase inhibitor use be guided by lab values alone, symptom management, or a combination of both, given the risks associated with suppressing estradiol too aggressively

Was curious to see if anyone knows why sustanon 250 feels like you got a Charley horse. Did it for 6 years back in the day and every shit felt like a Charley horse for at least 3 days after. Anyone know why? I don’t get it when using enanthate.

I’m 23M and recently got my bloodwork done.
My results:
● Total Testosterone: 392 ng/dL
● Free Testosterone: 81 pg/mL
● SHBG: 17 nmol/L
● Estradiol: 32 pg/mL
● Vitamin D: 20 ng/mL (low)
I’ve been experiencing low mood, fatigue, low self-esteem, and difficulty losing body fat despite regularly lifting weights and doing cardio.
My doctor prescribed vitamin D3, but I’m wondering if my testosterone could also be contributing to these symptoms.
I’ve been considering TRT or enclomiphene, but I’m concerned about messing with my natural production at 23.
Is 392 actually low for my age? Has anyone with similar levels experienced these symptoms, and what helped?

Hey everyone,
I'm 55 years old and currently on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Just got my latest bloodwork back from October 21 and wanted to get some opinions on my numbers.
Latest labs:
Total Testosterone: 1242 ng/dL (High)
Free Testosterone (Calculated): 137 pg/mL
Bioavailable Testosterone: 275.9 ng/dL
SHBG: 52 nmol/L (High)
Estradiol (Ultrasensitive): 32 pg/mL
LH: 0.2 mIU/mL (Low)
FSH: <0.7 mIU/mL (Low)
My total testosterone is clearly elevated, but my calculated free testosterone is within range. SHBG is also elevated, and estradiol doesn't seem excessively high.
A few questions:
Is my total testosterone too high considering my free testosterone is within range?
Should I be concerned about SHBG being 52?
Does my estradiol look reasonable relative to my testosterone?
Would you consider adjusting the TRT dose based on these results?
Anyone else have high total T but relatively normal free T because of elevated SHBG?
I'd appreciate hearing your experiences and opinions, especially from anyone who's dealt with similar numbers.
Thanks!

I’m 48. 6ft 195lbs. Working out regularly for 6 weeks and considering TRT if it’s gonna make an impact. Blood tests seems to say no.
I’m looking for advice. Am I right that my test looks ok and TRT isn’t worth it?
Could anyone suggest alternatives for a 48 year old shlub trying to be in bet shape of life by 50?

Looking into results on Sustanon250 SubQ injections. Daily vs multiple times a week. E2? / total test? / Pip?

I’ve been on TRT about 12 weeks. My start on my testerone was just above 300 (I’m 43 male). I started off at 200mg once a week but that was really messing me up so I have been taking shots twice a week at 100mg monday then 100mg thursday which really seemed to keep me more leveled out.
However, I got my blood work results back and I was at 1,440 ng/dL and estradiol of 74 pg/mL. This was before my 2nd shot (same day just didn’t take it yet).
My doctor prescribed Anastrozole but really didn’t give much information on it.
I would like to take Anastrozole for a couple of weeks to lower my estradiol level and I am also going to lower my injection amount to 60-75mg twice a week rather than stay on estrogen blocker.
I have noticed that I feel more puffy, my nips are sensitive and my left one is starting to develop gyno. I can feel it but it’s not massive or noticeable yet.
As anyone had a similar experience and does this sound like a good plan?
I also had to donate blood as my hemoglobin was a bit high as well.

Looking for experienced opinions on my recovery and what the smartest next move would be.
Cycle history
Earlier cycle: Test + Tren + Deca
Later cycle: Test + Masteron
Also used at different points: Primo, Anavar, Clen, Proviron
Been off since around last September
Used Clomid during recovery
Thankfully, recovery seems to have gone pretty well.
Hormones — March 2026, just off Clomid
Total T: 10.70 ng/mL
Free T: 180 pg/mL
LH: 13.5
FSH: 2.4
E2: 60
Prolactin: 8.8
SHBG: 59.3
Hormones — September 2026, natural
Total T: 5.90 ng/mL / ~590 ng/dL
Free T: 131 pg/mL
LH: 9.8
FSH: 2.4
E2: 37
Prolactin: 9.2
SHBG: 31.5
Everything looks pretty solid naturally now except LH is still slightly above the lab range.
CBC, thyroid, iron/ferritin and HbA1c are currently normal.
Lipids
Total cholesterol: 354
LDL: 277
HDL: 51
Triglycerides: 139
Non-HDL: 303
I’ve always had very high cholesterol and was told it’s probably genetic. I’ve also had problems tolerating statins they dont lower my numbers anyway.
Body composition — May → August
Weight: 71.4 → 82.1 kg
Body fat: 18.0% → 23.9%
Fat mass: 12.9 → 19.6 kg
Lean mass: 58.5 → 62.5 kg
Muscle mass: 53.8 → 57.4 kg
So I gained a decent amount of muscle/lean mass, but also much more fat than I wanted.
Current goal
I want to lose the belly/side fat, preserve or gain lean muscle, and especially bring my legs up because they’re underdeveloped compared with my upper body also better energy energy and focus
I also want better energy, libido and erection quality and to feel athletic again rather than just heavy.
Training/bodybuilding gives me structure and helps me mentally as i am going through a difficult period of my life , so I’m motivated to get properly focused again.
Questions
Does my hormonal recovery look solid to start a new cycle?
What would you do over the next 3–6 months for fat loss + lean muscle + bigger legs?
How much would LDL 277 change your decision regarding future PED use?
Anyone else feel dramatically better on-cycle despite having similar natural testosterone?
Is test only cycle make sense or is there a better stack?

Hi,
Just on my first cycle at the moment at 300mg, running bloods at 6 weeks and providing all is good going to push up to 500mg, no sides so far 4 weeks in.
Looking to blast and cruise, currently using Test E. Considering for the cruise 500-600mg monthly injections of Test U to save pinning 3 times a week with Test E.
Any experiences with Test U or advice.

Hi All
Apologies for asking this again, I searched the group and there's massive mixed opinions on which is better between IM and SubQ and looks like it depends on the person. I have recently switched from cream which didn't work to Cypionate 150mg per week, I'm trying EOD which is about 43mg per pin. Will put some of my latest labs below.
Does IM really make you feel better than SubQ, and is the side effect risk worth being cautious about? I'm reading higher peaks from IM which makes people feel better but it also increases hematocrit a lot more than SubQ. Also reading IM is better for those with higher SHBG so I'm really confused which route to go with.
What is best while still being safe long term?
Labs on cream
Total testosterone: 7.0 nmol/L = 202 ng/dL
Free testosterone (calculated): 96.3 pmol/L = 27.7 pg/mL
SHBG: 54 nmol/L
Hematocrit 43% (before cream)

I’m a 29-year-old male, and I’ve been experiencing reduced libido and weaker erections compared to a few years ago.
My recent blood tests showed:
Total Testosterone: 302.2 ng/dL (Ref: 280–800)
LH: 12.28 mIU/mL (Ref: 1.50–9.30) — High
FSH: 9.03 mIU/mL (Ref: 1.40–18.10)
Prolactin: 4.57 ng/mL (Normal)
TSH: 1.018 µIU/mL (Normal)
The blood sample was collected around 12:30 PM, so I understand that my morning testosterone could be different.
My symptoms:
Reduced sexual desire compared to 2–3 years ago.
I still get morning erections, but they’re not fully hard.
Even during masturbation, my erections are usually only around 50–60% firm.
Reduced energy and motivation to exercise compared to earlier.
I’ve read that elevated LH with borderline testosterone can sometimes indicate compensated hypogonadism or reduced testicular responsiveness, but I understand that one blood test isn’t enough for a diagnosis.
I’m planning to consult an endocrinologist/urologist and repeat my testosterone and LH tests in the morning.
My questions:
Has anyone in their 20s or 30s experienced similar testosterone and LH levels?
Did your repeat morning testosterone results turn out significantly different?
Did anyone find an underlying cause for elevated LH with borderline testosterone?
If you had low libido and weak erections, what helped you improve?
What additional investigations did your doctor recommend?
I’m not looking to self-medicate or jump into TRT. I mainly want to understand others’ experiences and what helped them identify the cause.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar.

Considering stopping after 2+ years.
I’m 49 and have been on TRT since July 2024. I started primarily because of low energy and mood. My natural testosterone was typically around 340–450 ng/dL.
TRT definitely helped, particularly when my testosterone was around 800 ng/dL.
Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly struggled with elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit, and I’m trying to figure out whether there’s a sustainable solution or if I’m simply someone who doesn’t tolerate TRT well.
My TRT history:
Started around 100 mg/week, split into two IM injections.
Later switched to SubQ, eventually dosing three times weekly.
Most recently taking 105 mg/week (35 mg three times weekly).
My latest total testosterone was only 579 ng/dL, yet my hematocrit was 55.3% and hemoglobin was 19.3 g/dL.
Some historical labs:
Lab history (Hct / Hgb / Total T / E2 / Ferritin):
Jul 2024: 48.4% / 16.6 / — / — / —
Sep 2024: 54.5% / 18.5 / — / — / —
Nov 2024: 52.3% / 18.0 / 784 / 44.2 / —
Dec 2024: 49.3% / 17.0 / — / — / —
Feb 2025: 52.1% / 18.0 / — / — / —
Mar 2025: 49.4% / 16.8 / — / — / —
Jul 2025: 44.3% / 14.8 / — / — / —
Dec 2025: 43.2% / 13.6 / — / — / —
Jun 2026: 55.0% / 19.1 / 785 / — / 43
Oct 2026: 55.3% / 19.3 / 579 / 42.9 / 53
Units: Hgb = g/dL, testosterone = ng/dL, E2 = pg/mL, ferritin = ng/mL.
Recent blood donations: June 8, August 10, and October 2026.
Iron supplementation: Approximately 65 mg elemental iron daily from June through August, followed by intermittent half-tablet doses through October.
I’ve donated blood periodically, including June, August, and October 2026. My hematocrit has come down substantially at various points, so it hasn’t been consistently elevated throughout treatment. I went quite a long time without donating before June’s high reading. (Doc’s advice since I crashed ferritin)
One possible complicating factor: after my June donation, I took ferrous sulfate 325 mg daily for roughly two months, then approximately half a tablet intermittently until October.
My ferritin increased from 43 to 53 despite donating. I’m wondering whether iron supplementation contributed to rebuilding my hemoglobin quickly while testosterone continued stimulating red blood cell production.
Where I’m at now:
My doctor has agreed to help me discontinue TRT. I’m planning to see how I feel without TRT and whether my natural production recovers.
My estradiol has ranged from approximately 31–44 pg/mL, with my latest E2 at 42.9 and total testosterone at 579. My doctor has prescribed Clomid and anastrozole as part of my transition off TRT.
However, I’m disappointed because TRT genuinely helped my mood and energy, especially when my testosterone was around 800. At my current level of 579, which isn’t dramatically higher than my natural baseline, I’m questioning whether the benefits justify the ongoing blood-count problems.
I’m interested in hearing from people who’ve experienced something similar:
Has anyone repeatedly reached hematocrit of 54–56% but eventually found a sustainable TRT protocol?
Did switching from injections to gel or another delivery method make a meaningful difference?
Has anyone maintained testosterone around 800–900 ng/dL without recurrent erythrocytosis after previously struggling with it?
For those who relied on blood donations, how often did you need them?
Did you eventually develop iron deficiency?
Has anyone stopped TRT after 2+ years and successfully recovered their natural testosterone production, with or without Clomid?
I’m not looking to ignore elevated hematocrit or push testosterone levels at the expense of my health. I’m just trying to understand whether there are other reasonable approaches worth exploring with a knowledgeable physician, or whether discontinuing TRT is ultimately the better option for someone with my response.
I’d especially appreciate experiences from people who’ve dealt with this over several years, rather than just general advice to donate more often.

Okay, so I did 3, 10 week rounds of Enclomophene 12.5mg ED, with 4 weeks off in between. This resulted in me giving myself testosterone suppression, with all kinds off low-test side effects. Its now been over 12 months since the last enclo capsule, and life’s been hell ever since, without any sign of it turning around. I’m strict with diet, sleep and life choices in general.
Public healthcare in my country won’t give me testosterone since I’m still within the reference range. What do I do? What would you do? One test cycle + pct and hope I recover? TrT for life? Just want some thoughts/feedback. Thank you.

I recently increased my testosterone enanthate dose from 120mg/week to 140mg/week. I split the weekly dose into an injection every 3.5 days (Monday morning and Thursday night).
Yesterday morning, was the first day, I increased the dose to 70mg from 60mg. Yesterday night, I felt very activated and wired and wasn’t unable to sleep all night despite taking 2mg of Melatonin and trying to meditate.
Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced a similar insomnia reaction after increasing their testosterone dose?
If so, is the insomnia just a temporary phenomenon as one’s body adjusts to the hire dose?
Finally, has anyone found any supplements or products (besides melatonin) that have helped them relax and sleep after being activated?
Thanks
