I failed my first midterm in university for ECN104. I got 31% and I don’t know what to do. I studied but didn’t study two chapters as much and noticed most questions were from those units. I genuinely did not have time to study I been going through so much stress with school and struggling with my mental health. I work on weekends, and can’t call in too much as my manager is being really aggressive when I try to call in or even bring up the idea to. And I been dealing with other person life stuff. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here I feel like I try everything and do everything I am supposed to but still end up with bad grades. I literally cry almost everyday now cause i don’t know what my life is anymore.

Hey did anyone do his midterm yet I have it on thursday. Is it easy and straightforward and how many questions from the in class discussions were on it

A friend is wondering whether anyone is going to dress up in a costume on Friday the day before Halloween. They'd basically want to know if it's common recently to gage whether it would also be good to come around here on Friday and hangout in a costume as well. Thanks.

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any helpful info for studying, also how difficult would you say was the test.

how are you guys studying? i know we should use the mastering bio homework and the dsms, but those questions almost seem too easy?

i've been hearing this is all application-based, but all the homework questions seem memorization-centered.

i think im just gonna put as much as i can on my cheat sheet, especially diagrams! things like all the types of amino acid side chains, and structures like that of starch! :)

Hey this is a message to those who have completed one of or both years for comp sci.

I was hoping to ask if there are any courses to keep a watch for, the courses that people really struggle with and anything to know about them or prepare.

Any tips for getting through the first two years?

Thanks guys.

Hey, I'm looking for advice on what to expect for the midterms in CPS803 and CPS721. If anyone has taken these courses, how hard are the exams compared to the lab assignments and are there any past exasm/study material that you'd be willing to share?

Hi guys, I've been super duper stressed for this midterm and I honestly have no clue if what im studying is even going to be on the midterm.... If anyones taken this course before can you please let me know what's going to be on it? and are the additional practice questions what's actually tested?

is there any piano around campus? or specific classes for students to learn?

Was just wondering how much more difficult it will be, I heard there are no multiple choices apparently so I’m not sure how true that is. Any feedback appreciated.

So, not a complete re grade, but say I want to email a prof because I disagree with some marks lost, is there a number of days after the grade was released in which I have to do that?

Bradford is going to fuck with the ttc and its prices (not to mention him trying to privatise our water), pls everyone vote and let’s try to not fuck ourselves over like the last election.

Where do I even start, the people in this school stink like fucking shit, more specifically in ted rogers . Please! We are in UNIVERSITY and yall can’t fucking shower holy shit. Literally smells like a piss missle in ted rogers. I don’t know how these people don’t know they smell like a fucking shit can. Like jesus man, is it hard to wear some deodorant and take a shower. Especially when i’m taking an exam and the person next to me smells like shit. matter of fact some guy just walked past me and fucking reeked of body odour. This school is a joke, what has toronto become.
