I'm an admitted future student (fall 2027), and I'm wondering whether it's worth going to the Start Your Engines event. Is the information/tour worth driving well over an hour for, or is it more geared towards students thinking about applying?

Are we still just using this as a campus thing for both fronts even though the universities separated?

So I need some tips currently failing Anatomy at iui I have a 42 percent and I don’t know when I study I feel like I don’t learn i memorize the information which causes me not to do well. I’ve already applied and just kinda waiting now. The website says decisions are on a rolling basis but then it says notifications would be sent out at the end of December

So it seems like they would know if I’m admitted, waitlisted, or denied but I have to wait until late December to know?

Has anybody taken sociological statistics? I really enjoyed AP Stats in high school and the statistics portion of finite. I just want to hear if anyone has had experience with this class and what it’s like.

I need to take 18 credits next semester and am looking for a last elective, so I want something thats not going to be an extreme amount of work, but sociological statistics seemed interesting. My electives need to be 300 or 400 lvl classes in the liberal arts school. Let me know if you have any other recommendations that would be easy(ish)!

I’m starting an accelerated nursing program soon and I’m trying to figure out the best way to take notes. Did you guys mainly use pen and paper, or did you use an iPad/laptop?

I have an iPad Mini, so I’m wondering if that would be good enough for taking notes during class, or if the smaller screen would be annoying.

For those of you who have been through an accelerated nursing program, what worked best for you? Would you recommend handwritten notes or digital notes on an iPad?

Greetings! I wanted to share this all-ages show happening at Healer that combines improv, modern clowning, sketch, stand-up comedy, side shows acts, magic, and music! This is basically a high-energy comedy variety show similar to other modern clowning variety shows like Stamptown.

would anyone be interested in a book club on campus?

Hi tommorrow from 12-2 there will be free pizza on the 2nd floor library outside the circulation desk you just have to go through 5 quick tables to learn about on campus resources this is being hosted by the Bepko Learning Center! They are there Monday - Thursday this week with free items and give aways takes less than 5 minutes and is a great resource!

I haven’t been able to make any sort of friend on campus. 😔 The whole thing that makes it so hard is that communicating verbally is very difficult for me because I have some problems. So if I try to interact with someone by typing in my notes app, they look at me weird. There’s just not enough awareness that people can be different and are deserving of kindness too. It’s so lonely, but I want to make at least one friend. I like anime and cosplaying as my hobby.
