Sharing the most lucid dream in my life
Ive had some lucid dreams, but this one tops them all. Had to share.
I was playing a game that was my life! I saw my relatives and friends along with places from my life. I kept thinking, "wow these graphics are incredible, but the controls suck". I knew it was a game because of varios thoughts like, "this game is boring, Im going to create some chaos". I could also run for a change! And I didnt get tired. I was running away from a HS function going home. I passed by girl scouts selling chocolate candy, but I only got a sample of lindt milk chocolate. I opened my backpack to find it filled with hard candy and 3 cellphones: my dads, moms and gf's. I remember thinking how delicious that chocolate was but didnt want to spend money, as I continued running home. I remember thinking to myself, "how do I switch to my other life again, my real life? Shit I forgot, thats ok, Ill just play this one out, theyre all short games anyway."
I dont recall my last vivid dream, but it has been years. This dream was different than others. I was lucid nearly though it all, feeling both my bed and surroundings along with my dream states body and surroundings. When I was running, I felt my legs in bed and could still, surprisingly, run with ease. This is new because all dreams before, running was nearly impossible. But here I was thinking, "running is fun, I think Ill run home".
As lucid dreamers, is this dream something you all enjoy regularly?

Super power
Would yall say lucid dreaming feels like having a super power at times ?
This morning I had an idea my mom who passed away some years ago while I was young is always on my mind so I took a picture I have of her holding me while I was a toddler and starred at it for a long time I took a screen shot with my photogenic memory and laid down now I know even if I see her in a dream she is gone irl and even if she says something to me in that dream it can mean nothing but if im aware I could have a conversation with her dream self and it feels better than nothing.
So thats what I did i was put at a restaurant we would go to not far from my childhood home it wasnt where I wanted to enter but it was very close in a way.
There were alot of people at the restaurant for some reason I wanted to order food so I was going to the counter but I realized this is not why im here I went outside sat at a table there were alot of people there i wish I tried to look around more but couldn't I starred off in the distance at establishments across the street and i remembered what I would see as a kid years ago in the area i got sad so I shed some tears in the dream.
I am a very heavy over thinker always aware so my mind goes back to "i need to get home" "do i have all of my belongings" stuff like that in that moment I look over to the table next to me and I see my older brother who is currently still alive in real life but we aren't on good terms because he did/said some things that really hurt me so automatically I wasn't going to say anything because my purpose coming to this place in my dream was to see my mother he said something to me almost just a joke as we would if we were cool and i said nothing picked up my change or phone whatever I had on the table and walked away then I woke up when I did I had tears in my eyes because I was already crying in the dream.
I'm at a real heavy point in my life right now and lucid dreaming is something that really intrigues me and i feel as if I can get information I need out of it but im aware its not like real ? Just wanted to share my experience...

Hi i am a Lucid Dreamer
Ive been Lucid Dreaming for over 20 years. I have an alarm on my phone and i record myself remind myself that im dreaming, and that is enough to induce a lucid dream. I built an App recently that helps people Lucid Dream and remember the details of their dream. I currently need people with an Android phone if you want to test the app out. [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luciddreamdiary.app\](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luciddreamdiary.app) here is a link to opt in to testing. i think you will be amazed and i look forward to hearing about your experiences. Thank you in advance

Lucid dream+sleep paralysis+fasle awakening loop. All in one night
Last week, I had the most intense night of sleep I’ve ever had.
It started with a normal dream. I was in my room when my grandmother came in and climbed onto my desk to clean something on the ceiling. The strange part is that she has emphysema and could never physically climb onto a desk like that.
That impossible detail made me realize, “Wait… this is a dream.” It was my first real lucid dream.
But about five seconds after I realized I was dreaming, I “woke up” in my bed. Except I couldn’t move. I was in sleep paralysis.
I had experienced sleep paralysis once before, about three years earlier. That time, I felt extreme pressure on my body, like gravity had been multiplied, but I didn’t hallucinate because I was facing a wall and couldn’t see anything.
This time was different. I was facing my wardrobe. When I opened my eyes, I saw strange shapes and face-like figures getting closer to me. Because I already knew what sleep paralysis was, I didn’t panic as much. I kept my eyes open on purpose because I was curious and wanted to see what the hallucinations would look like.
After the paralysis ended, I didn’t get up, turn on a light, or check my phone. I just thought, “fuck it,” and went back to sleep almost immediately.
But as I was falling back asleep, about three seconds later, I saw my grandmother’s face again. This time, it looked zombie-like and skeletal, with completely black eyes, and she was staring at me. I fell asleep with chills all over my body.
When I finally fell back asleep, I entered another lucid dream. But this time, I wasn’t excited about it. Because of what I had just seen during sleep paralysis — the figures, the faces, and my grandmother’s zombie-like face — I immediately wanted to get out of the dream. I was afraid the entities would come back.
So I kept trying to wake up. I would try to force myself awake by giving myself sudden impulses or trying to move violently. Each time, I thought I had finally woken up, but after a while I would realize I was still dreaming. It was a false awakening loop.
The longer it went on, the more scared I became. At one point, I genuinely thought my parents were going to visit me in a hospital because I was in a coma, and that I would never be able to wake up from the dream.
Eventually, I did wake up for real.

First time posting here wanted to share an awesome dream
I was a (names I came up with) Black Cavern Reaper Dragon in love with an Astral Eldritch Arachne. We were both able to turn into humanoid forms, though they just looked like human forms of our true form. In our true forms we had a type of size manipulation that allowed us to go from the size of a medium sized yacht to monsterverse Kaiju sized though from the looks of it getting to maximum size took training and we can only do it for so long because it was very taxing and we all usually went around in our humanoid forms, no clothing our natural armor took care of that. There were a variety of other monsters/creatures, all were able to turn into a humanoid like form of their creature form and all had a variety of powers based on the type of creature they were but we all also had extra powers that were either like super powers or mystical powers. Some lived in Clans and some like my father were more of loners, and my father was apparently like the de facto leader of our world by virtue of being the strongest thing on the world. Her parents were apparently like oracles that various Clans and individuals would go to for Counsel. I never saw my mother or her father.
Maybe this is where my subconscious got the idea for my form but I looked like a black version of Shiva from the fourth Godzilla movie but slimmer and instead of blue crystals I was covered in some metallic looking armored scales and spikes that I could increase in temperature till the very air broiled around me like magma, and I was able to either go bipedal or quadripedal. My powers included a type of intangibility where everything I phased through was warped and rend as though I had just rammed through any of the obstacles I went through, a variety of breath attacks including lightning, fire, ice, acid, and adjustable armored scales that I could either tuck in for extra defense or flare out for extra offense. I wasn't able to fly but it did look like I was able to walk on the air, like I could grab it as though it were a tangible thing.
Her powers were mind manipulation, telepathy, able to see possible Futures by looking through the strings of fate, her legs were sharp enough to cut or puncture just about any non-powered or mystically enhanced material and quite a few of said enhanced materials, production of various types of spider silk, can cut through steel, (although this was a dream so I bet there were a lot of mystical or super powered materials too) like butter or be as soft as silk or like regular spider silk strong enough to catch a comet hitting the Earth, and spatial/dimensional manipulation. Her body was also like an alchemical Factory able to produce either poisons or medicines.
We lived in a world where humans had super powers or giant Mechs they could use their powers through that exponentially increased said powers, and we creatures were at war against the humans who had come to our world to conquer it and they had already been there for quite a while and had taken a lot of land already. There were a variety of human cities including underground ones that were like ant colonies, flying fortresses, and underwater ones that looked like gigantic trees but there were domed cities at the end of each branch. We were both trapped in a facility, after our respective parents had been killed they were trying to turn us into Living Weapons.
After we failed during an incident where we try to escape with some other captive creatures I was defeated by one of the humans who guarded the facility, and this human was the one to kill my father and apparently one of but not the strongest of the humans that had come to our world or even from their world. I tried to fight back and was defeated and was sent to a separate facility where they tried to break me. She and the others were taken back because I had taken the blame for everything and we were separated from each other for a very long time all the while I was being tortured and she was trying to user powers to see a path to Victory. I guess there was a time skip in my dream because a long time later and I mean like a long long time cuz apparently the creatures had a near endless lifespan where the older we got the stronger we got and the only reason we weren't basically Gods was we were a very violent Society, and the humans had apparently found a way to vastly extend theirs, she had apparently joined the side of the humans waiting for a chance to come and free me and when we escaped we made love (no real details I guess it was more like seeing characters on some teen drama with some heavy making out but it was in our humanoid forms) and decided to try and find others who would join together to fight back against the humans. Cuz it looked like while the humans were mostly organized in their efforts to defeat us (I think there were separate groups of humans), the creatures were more separated in their efforts because of our individuality and belief in our own power that we could fight off at any human attack on our own.
We came across a variety of allies including another Dragon, she looked like a shorter bodied but longer legged version of an Eastern Dragon and also like a Qilin (maybe I'll go with something like Anachronistic Wyrm or Divergent Temporal Drake) who had the ability to create lesser clones or spawn of herself, very slight temporal manipulation, and if they were killed they were sent back 33 days in the past, but in doing so her body got younger at the point she regressed to therefore making her weaker when she came back, though if she shared her blood with you you would get a one time use of her regression power but doing it this way when you got to the point you regressed to your body would get much younger and therefore you would get much weaker however also like her this is repeatable, but if you used the blood of her spawns you'd only remember the last hour before your death and the side effects lessened, and she was at war with a super powered army since her blood also worked on humans and the de-aging side effects weren't nearly as bad for them since for a lot of them age doesn't necessarily equal power. They had walking tanks that worked like lesser amplifiers like the mechs, Sonic weaponry, they were trying to kill her or harness her power. We also came Upon various groups of creatures who lived together. They weren't necessarily hiding from the humans cuz if they ever encountered them they were not afraid to fight cuz the humans are like kill on sight, or in the case of me and her asset recovery so they can turn us against the others, neither were they going out of their way to fight back against the humans.
We must have skipped ahead to some sort of battle because next thing I knew we were fighting our way to the gates of some human Fortress through a bunch of giant Mechs and powered humans including the one who killed my father, and that's the last thing I saw before I woke up and I immediately started writing this as best I could remember before it all went away
Also we were not shy about mass destruction and Slaughter of the humans whenever we had the chance, cuz while it seemed like every human had powers too some were more powerful or more useful than others and there were a lot of colonies of them

Hypersonic flight experience in lucid dream
One night this summer, I randomly entered a lucid state during sleep. The dream started with me walking around the city with my friends on an autumn day. At some point one of them showed me a phone screen with some news, but it was just a jumble of words, and that was the moment I realized I was in a realistic dream, I continued the main plot and parted ways with them. Then the idea of flight came in to my head, it is always nice to fly around the city in your dreams but this time I decided to try the flight with "physics on" in order to spice things up. Basically it became a superhero ability instead of "creative mode", that resembled telekinesis. And In order for it to work I had to interact with air, lucid dream jet propulsion in the making. First tries were wonky and exhausting to master, it was tiring to hover by throwing air around and below my feet. Eventually I grasped the mechanics and began practicing hops, the feeling of butterflies was as real when falling from height before decelerating. After being sure I will not smash and wake up from the impact, ballistic hops above the city came in, during acceleration I could feel the tugging feeling in my extremities that resembled blood pooling, cold incoming air felt a bit strange though like my skin was feeling warm, cold and a bit numb at the same time, though to describe it. But the transition from acceleration to free fall was amazing so the views of the city I lived down below.
All that experimentation took maybe 20 minutes of subjective time and after that I decided to try the high altitude flight. This time the air had to be propelled slightly downwards and backwards to keep the level, as I was increasing speed and altitude the incoming air kept pushing harder on my head and shoulders and after couple of exhausting attempts some improvements needed to be made. Next phase begun with gaining altitude, fighting against exhaustion and raging wing as usual but this time I captured a portion of air and fixed it in place like a cap around the pen, basically making myself aerodynamic. With that feature I kept pushing higher and higher above the city disappearing behind me until the shortness of breath appeared, because of that I had to let of "gas pedal" and fall closer to the ground where I completed the cap into full closed capsule of air around me, then the steep climb began again until the clouds were far below and only blue-black sky was above me. At that point I put all effort into accelerating forward, looking at the clouds shifting with ever faster pace, as my envelope traveled in stratosphere my face and upper body started to feel the heat, like in real life the compressed air warms up until it gives away thermal radiation, making you feel like standing in front of infrared radiator. Minutes later I exhausted my will and stamina to fly and eventually slammed into the ground at great speeds somewhere, waking myself up in the process with a hard twitch.

My reality just glitched.
I just had an experience of lucid dreaming, paralysis, and almost astral projecting all in one. It started with the paralysis, where I was falling into a state where I saw where I was going but I was observing it happen. Then, I couldn’t move and realized this was going to take me into paralysis. So, I left this state, but I didn’t fully wake up. It felt like I did, but all I saw was my mind building up my exact bedroom while I wasn’t fully awake. Then, my body felt intense vibrations and it looked like waking up in my room but it wasn’t because I just watched it get made in front of me. My body felt like waves of energy shook through it. I didn’t fully project though, because in my head I chose not to. So then, I created a dream for me to have instead, and I literally scripted the dream as it went. I’m not too sure why, but in the dream I had thoughts of what I should do now that it was lucid. So I wanted to try a harsh substance to imagine how it feels like. So in the dream, I literally took the effects of that substance and knocked out in the dream and experienced it. While this dream was happening, music of my choice was playing very loud. After I didn’t want to experience the substance anymore, I chose to wake up.
But this is where it gets weird. When I “woke up” the music stopped and I was so confused as to why because it felt like I was still dreaming. The reason why I felt as such was because my reality was glitched right in front of me. The spot I was looking wasn’t fully formed and looked like some huge glitch of something. But this wasn’t a dream, because I wasn’t playing music to begin with and the music I was playing was something I chose to listen to in my mind. So in the real awake world I literally saw a glitch that stayed.
