Serious Don’t come to the game if you cheer for your parlay over the Bucks

Coach said to show up to the home opener so I did. There were a fair amount of Bulls fans, so there were a noticeable amount of cheers when they made a good play. Understandable.

What I didn’t understand were two separate individuals near me cheering when both teams hit 3’s, when Caleb Wilson scored, when Ware grabbed rebounds, and a couple of other stats. They wore Bucks merch and were on their phones for half the game.

If you can’t watch a game without betting, then don’t show up. You’re after the thrill of the wager, not the game.

The league is already influenced by its partnership with betting apps, sponsorships with players, and recent scandals. Making your bets part of the crowd’s ovations furthers their influence and makes our team feel less important.

Analysis Something I didn't see the last few seasons.

Love how much the guys talk throughout the game, constant huddles on how they want to play, Jenkins 1 on 1 coaching on side lines. These guys are hungry to get things flowing.

Parsley Caris LeVert to OKC (DPE)

It looks like OKC will be getting a Disabled Player Exception for Jalen Williams this season, which I believe will be equivalent to the Non-TP MLE. This would give them enough space to swallow Caris LeVert's contract. While I am a fan of keeping LeVert around to mentor the young guards so long as he doesn't complain about his playing time, I think if we can extort more than his value from a desperate team then we have to do it. What do we think? Would OKC do it? How much could we get?

I'm thinking if we can get a 1st then we do it. Free up salary and a roster spot so we can absorb more in trades at the deadline for the purpose of acquiring even more picks. OKC has 3 1st round picks in the 2027 draft and the Bucks currently don't own one, so it could be a good opportunity to get back in. I just don't know if they are desperate enough to give up a 1st for LeVert.

Jenkins can’t keep pretending that this guy can bring any sort of contribution to this team. I would like to see more ware and Sims out there. Just can’t handle it anymore man.

Kuz

I don’t understand his basketball iq, he’d flourish as a cutter and fast break player with minimal dribbling touches. I just don’t see how someone can seem somewhat valuable one game and be so terrible the next. When he makes the game simple for himself everything else translates as well, but unfortunately he is an idiot.

On the bright side, at least we aren’t losing by large margins: our highest was only 12.

Bucks Trade Reports

Post image
19 Upvotes

Jake Fischer/Mark Stein just published some Bucks intel ahead of the roster crunch deadline last Monday. Long story short, Bucks turned down two packages. The first, Sims to Lakers for Kinect and a 2nd rounder (Bucks wanted 2 2nds). The second, KPJ to Nuggest for Nnaji Marshall, 2 2nds and a 2nd swap. Nnaji has a 7.5m player option for next season, so Bucks wanted more draft capital. That’s the major Bucks talk in that article 🤷‍♂️

Edit: Zeke Nnaji not Nnaji Marshall lolol

All that “Heat Culture” talk just for Giannis to come in and expose them

All summer long “Giannis career will be revived under spo” “Heat culture will set him straight as a leader”, even Gianni’s himself said he was looking forward to experiencing it.

But Holy Hell, maybe we should glaze “Bucks Culture” because this dude came on to their team, and has exhibited more grit and fight than every other Heat player COMBINED. What a weak ass team, lacks confidence and fundamentals, Bam’s 83 points still prolly brings his career average up by a point.

Best player in the league.
Miss him.
Hes getting what he deserves (kind of).
Bam Adebayo SUCKS.

Injury Report

MIL:

None

PHI:

Ariel Hukporti (Achilles) - OUT

Dominick Barlow (Spine) - OUT

Tacko Fall (Quad) - OUT

LeBron James (Back) - Questionable

Dean Wade (Ankle) - Questionable

Herro and Jaquez were huge upsides last game. Hoping to see more out of Rollins and Ware today. Burries more in action as well would be great.

Brewers with a great win last night but scary, tonight another opportunity to go up 2-0 in the WS!

Gary Trent Jr Punishment

I’ve been thinking about the GTJ case, and based on the president from the Joe Smith TWolves and Clippers Kawhi Leonard here is my prediction

Guilty: Bucks are stripped of 3 FRP (2028, 2030, 2031). Amy trade that nets a FRP (Herro, Rollins, Turner, Green) could be stripped and the farther out picks would be regained.

Horst gets hit with a 1 year suspension. He may have been acting with the ownerships knowledge. But he’s only extended to 27/28 I believe. I think he will get canned and a “Haslem Guy“ gets the job.

Edens gets a 1 year suspension As the acting governor and longer standing ownership partner. I also have felt for a while a Edens to Haslem sale is coming someday, and this could be the play.

Gary’s agent gets a 5 suspension, but Klutch and Rich Paul skate by

My biggest “unsure” is “Does Gary’s contract get voided”? Joe Smiths did, and Gary’s case is basically identical to his. On the other hand Kawhis contract did not. In fact they were allowed to trade it and receive picks to offset the punishment. The problem for the Bucks is Gary isn’t getting traded for 3 FRP. It would be so much better to have his contract gone…I have wrapped my head around 3 FRP but i hate the idea of having to also keep his contract

Thoughts? Do you think his contract will be voided?

Bucks Plus Problems?

Is anyone else having problems with these streams? It won't play for more than 10 seconds without pausing and buffering. Even on the lowest video quality. And then I went and watched the Brewers and have absolutely no problems so I don't think it's my connection.

Bucks Season

Based on the first few games of the season, what are your thoughts on the season? Still alot of season left. The Packers were similar; they were horrible the first few games but turned it around and I think once the team finds their common ground, they will get become better.
