May naka-experience na ba ng empty parcel sa Lazada from Official Xia**i Store? So nareceive ko na yung order kong Pen for my tablet at pagkaopen ko, bukas na yung box ng pen pero the box of parcel is intact. Tape lang yung inalis ko since they did not use the black plastic. Then, I tried to raise my concern sa rider and I said na wala yung inorder ko mismo sa loob. The problem is, hindi pa siya nagsesend ng proof of delivery sa Lazada at hindi pa nakamark as delivered yung order ko. Now, I don't want to be judgemental and point fingers pero normal ba sa Lazada to wait for a few hours para imark as delivered 'to? Sa Shopee kasi hindi naman ganito e'. Ang pangatwiran naman ni kuya, by 6 PM pa raw iyon lalabas as delivered since hindi pa settled yung bayad. Hindi kasi ako makapagrequest ng refund kapag hindi delivered yung parcel.

Usually kasi nasa Caloocan ako and dun order ko madalas. Mga 10 minutes chineck ko ulit order and yun nga, bumalik sa Caloocan shipping address ko. Tried cancelling it kahit to ship pa lang pero cancel rejected kasi pinapack na daw ng seller. Contacted cs pero as usual wala silang magagawa. ireject ko na lang daw pag dumating ehh wala nga ako sa Caloocan. Paid na pati baka ideliver lang kung kani kanino.

May policy ba pag instamart (same day delivery) na bawal magcancel ng order? Kaumay lang kasi sinigurado ko talaga na ang shipping address ay bulacan pero nagbago sa caloocan.

Sa ilang beses ko nakapag order thru instant delivery ngayon ko palang na experience na more than 1 week na hindi pa din delivered yun item.

Last week I ordered tapos dapat by around 11am delivered na siya nag contact ako kay rider. Unang chat otw daw then around afternoon wala talaga. He said nasiraan daw siya. Following day, hindi daw kaya makapag deliver sira pa din daw motor niya etc. 3rd day idedeliver daw by afternoon tapos hindi na sumipot. 4th-10th day na ngayon never nagparamdam na yun rider.

NG report and follow up ma ako sa csr wala pa din action na nangyari. Sabi nila di naman daw kasi nag report yun rider so sa system nila pwede pa din siya madeliver. Ganun ba yun? Juice and bread pa man din orders ko so stress ako na baka ma mishandle yun items. Asking for a refund ilang days na no update pa din.

I’m also confused about why the commission was routed to MariBank in the first place, considering the amount is below ₱2,000. I would like to understand why this happened and whether the payment was actually processed or is still pending.
I’ve already followed up with Shopee Support, but my concern remains unresolved. I still haven’t received a clear explanation or confirmation of when I can expect the payout.
It’s frustrating to keep following up without knowing what’s happening with the commission I’ve earned. I’m simply asking for my ₱305 to be properly reviewed and paid if eligible.

My Shopee parcel has had no tracking updates since October 17. The last status was “Your parcel has departed from origin first mile hub,” and it hasn’t moved since then.
