I just came across this project.
What do you think?

Just recently found this band and I haven't stopped listening to them since.

I really loved this album start to finish, the basslines, the drumming, the vocals and that fucking vocal range chefs kiss and for me (absurd opinion incoming) its on the same level as onset of putrefaction and epitaph by necrophagist in terms of technicality and melody, was curious to see if anyone shares this opinion with me 👀

How perfect does one's intonation actually have to be to play in a TDM band? My intonation is mostly pretty decent, but I notice especially in fast runs (I've been working on La Veuve Et Le Martyr and L'entite), it can get pretty hairy. People have said to me I'm overly worried about perfect intonation Vs just playing the damn thing and that for most cases you have 5-10 cents of room before anyone is gonna actually notice, especially if stuff is being played fast. A lot of Steve Digorgio's stuff with Death is pretty out of tune at points for example. How much of this is me being a perfectionist? I understand that truly perfect intonation is effectively impossible, but from those of you that have played and recorded in bands of this genre, what level of imperfection is actually acceptable?

I'm heading up alone tonight from Brighton, I've never been to a metal concert and have AuDHD. Can anyone tell me what to expect? I can handle live shows, I used to go see drum and bass and happy hardcore so the volume is fine (I'll take earplugs anyway), but I think it's safe to say a TDM concert will be another level. I'm 174cm and 54kg, will I get destroyed in the mosh pit if I jump in? Thanks in advance.

hey, could someone pls recommend some tech death bands with christian themes? not that i mind bands that have anti-christian themes, like spawn of possession (i love SoP so much) but i was just wondering

14 years later, I still come back to this stellar debut EP. And to think they were only 17/18 when they wrote this!

Two singles have already been out. The album has a twenty one minute closer!

Beyond What Eyes Can See was a masterpiece so I'm very excited to hear this one.

For fans of the chasm, Decapitated morbid Angel, and blood incantation

Very blocky cyclical rythms, dissonant melodies, and long winded song structures.

Technical/Progressive Death Metal from Portland, OR, USA, with some Melodic Death influences here and there.
