UK Series "Doesn't a pint seem like a lot when you think about it? I mean, you wouldn't drink pint after pint of orange squash, would you?"
I was thinking about Will's musings at the bar about the volume of a pint being an unusual amount of liquid. How it was met with irritation by the others, because they're desperately trying to project an image of adulthood. I recently rewatched "men behaving badly" and realised that speech is exactly the type of thing I could imagine Gary & Tony talking about in the Crown. Ironic, but Will was probably acting the closest to a drinking age adult that isn't scared of getting asked for ID.

UK Series Why was there never a festival episode?
Your first festival is a quintessential experience as a young Brit.
I wonder why they never made one about this? Funny lines would been pretty easy to write with this plot.
I'm not talking about the festival film that the production company made years later featuring Simon as someone else btw.

Inbetweeners Movie 1 What is this kid's problem?
Why did he make such a big deal over the Manchester United logo on Jay's shorts? Does he hate that football team or something?
And why was he targeting Jay specifically and wouldn't leave him alone?
Jay was right to throw him in the pool, it's the kid's own fault for winding him up. The kid deserved it.

UK Series How common is it for sixth formers to wear uniform?
That's one of the things I found peculiar cause neither of the schools I went to required the sixth formers to wear uniform. That's both mainstream and SEND, and neither did my sisters school.
So that was always an anomaly to me. Is it really that common or was it just done as an aesthetic for the show to add some jokes around it?

UK Series Was/Is lager the "cool" type of alcohol?
I've never had alochol and don't know what the best brands of booze are.
In the first episode, Simon, Jay and Neil want lager while Will wants a Guinness to which Simon is surprised by. Neil is then surprised when Will manages to get them cider.
Later at the other pub, Will switches to ordering 4 pints of lager and in the exam episode, he just orders pints of lager.
So is/was lager the "cool" or strongest type of alcohol? What's so special about it?
