LOL volume up
Just before this our Bengal spent a few minutes circling our Aby while she eyeballed him and grumbled. Then this 😆 he departed then and she napped there for an hour!
She’s 8 months old and he’s a bit over two. They are great buddies but the bengal can get too crazy and she keeps him straight!

This is a post I've been dreading having to write, but I'm running out of options.
In about six weeks, I'm going to be homeless, and unfortunately, I don't have any friends or family who can take in my cat, Maple. She's been my companion for nearly three years, and the last thing I want is to give her up. But more than anything, I want to make sure she ends up somewhere safe, loved, and well cared for.
Maple is an almost three-year-old Abyssinian with a big personality. As her Rover sitter affectionately describes her, she's "spicy." She's independent, opinionated, and can be incredibly sweet once she's comfortable with someone. She just needs a little patience and time to warm up.
A little about her:
I also have plenty of food, litter, and her favorite toys that would go with her to help make the transition easier.
I'm located in the Denver area, but I'd be willing to drive just about anywhere in Colorado for the right home.
I'm not looking to just hand her off to the first person who offers. I want to find someone who understands her personality, will give her time to adjust, and will love her for the little character she is.
This is an incredibly difficult decision, and I'm hoping that by posting now, I'll have enough time to find her the kind of home she deserves.
If you think you might be a good fit, please reach out. And if you know someone who might be, I'd really appreciate you sharing this.
Thank you for reading.
PS: yes I had AI help me write this, I am a wreck rn

My abyssinian has some skin issue and im suspecting allergies (he was brought to the vet but im not sure i want to visit a dermatologist - i have a toddler and a newborn and im in the trenches right now)
At first he was intensely licking his paws mainly his front. I noticed his skin around the thumbs being raw. Then the scratching came. He had multiple scabs. I brought him to the vet and he had a bacterial infection on the thumbs but not the scabs. Checked for fleas and negative.
He got antibiotics and cortisone. About a week after his last dose, same thing. Licking and scratching with new scabs. I cant really buy hypoallergenic food cuz i have three other cats and they have food out all day and share it.
Any advice appreciated.
TIA

I’m looking for a reputable breeder near OC, but I’m willing to drive a little further if necessary. I only found one place that started at 2300, is that a normal price?
Any recommendations are very welcomed, again, I’m willing to drive a bit more if necessary

My Bengal Ryu is 5yo, he is leash trained and we go to on walks every day, he sit next to me when i drive, he sleep with me or next to me, sit on my lap when im on the computer... and the other aspect of him is that he like to play, rought, and all the time, he go full sprint on cat weel for hours so he go from very cuddly to be a hurricane.
I trained with a clicker when he was younger so her understand quite a few comand (sit on my shoulder, stay so he dont exit the house when I leave door open , ecc.) But he never be social with other cats, he meet mostly dogs and its chill with them.
Now I may have the chance to buy am abyssinian kitten, 3 month old, male.
The seller is worried that 2 male cat gonna evicerate each other.
Anyone have similar experince with this 2 breed?
Any advice on introduction? (I see lot of youtube video so I got a general idea but I prefer to ear other people experience)
Thanks for the help
