Just need help with the best gaming tablet. I’m moving on from my Odin 3 Max and want something that essentially mirrors it but in a tablet form. The Lenovo Legion Gen 5 interests me but the 12GB ram is holding me back. I mainly used my O3 for emulation as well as PS5 streaming. Any recommendation?

I checked the Xiomi Tab 6 , Realme pad 3 and Lenovo pad plus. They're all within 20k-27k
Im not sure which one to buy.
The Xiomi pad 6 is around 27k .
My budget is 25k (I could go to 27k if it's actually a big difference)
Im looking for a good display , Good performance (better than the nothing phone 2a atleast) and also smaller bezels :p
Im not into gaming tho I am into video editing and drawing. So it shouldn't lag when I'm editing videos I took on my 2a

Currently own a Samsung tab S10+ and use a magnetic flap case. While making notes I noticed that the pen cursor deviated at certain points and later realised it is due to the magnets in the case. I'm wondering if there would be long term effects to the tablet or the pen due to this external magnetic interference.

G'day,
Soon to be first-time parent here and am looking for recommendations on a relatively budget friendly tablet (10"ish) to link with our baby monitor.
The monitor is a wifi model that syncs with our phones, but we want to get a tablet that we can use as a dedicated screen when we're downstairs.
The app for the monitor is on the Google Play store & we need something that's going to be clear/do the job without being laggy.
Would also like to use it for Netflix and mindless site scrolling when it's not in use if possible?
I know budget plays a big part, but we don't have a huge one - however don't want to be too cheap and have something that is clunky and unusable after 12 months.
Any advice or recommendations would be very much appreciated!
Cheers

I'm a student looking to buy a tablet with a stylus. I'm getting this model for ₹29k with stylus and I need advice on if it's worth buying or not.
Also, is it possible the prices could go lower during the Diwali sale?
Please help if you have any idea about this model.

Not AI slop - don't worry. I got tired of the Android tablet Note-Taking apps, so I built one for myself.
It's free, it's fast, it does not take your data, and it turns your tablet into an awesome always-on note taker, mind-maps, photos and sketches.
Have fun with it and give some feedback - what you like, what you hate and what I should add

Hi everyone!
I’ve been working on bringing desktop Linux to the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 (TB371FC), powered by the Snapdragon 870 / SM8250.
The tablet now boots Linux 6.12 from a microSD card and runs Arch Linux ARM with KDE Plasma 6 on Wayland. Android remains untouched on the internal UFS storage, so the tablet can still boot normally into its original system.
What currently works:
What still needs work:
The display currently runs at 60 Hz through the framebuffer provided by the bootloader. The Adreno 650 GPU is recognized by Freedreno and supports GLES 3.2, but accelerated desktop compositing is not working yet.
This is still an experimental project. Installation requires an unlocked bootloader, building the kernel, and working with fastboot. There are no ready-made images because some required Lenovo/Qualcomm firmware files cannot be redistributed—you need to build them from a backup of your own tablet.
Source code, documentation, screenshots, and build instructions:
https://github.com/oproskyrin/TB371FC-6.12
I use this setup regularly, but there is still a lot to improve. Feedback, testing, technical suggestions, and contributions are very welcome—especially from people working with Qualcomm SM8250 devices or mainline Linux on Android tablets.

I need a device for reading PDFs, making PPTs, watching videos with adblock, Heavy browsing (all desktop sites should load normally) with multiple tabs bookmarks and file management, using some whatsapp and discord and mails and use Google drive and classroom and I don't want ads while doing any of my important document and studying work.

My dad wants to buy a tablet to my mom, to play. The games she plays are Candy Crash and clones of it so nothing really serious. He wants to gift ger a tablet so the screen is bigger than the phone.
Any recommendation of a reasonable priced tablet my mom can get?
thanks.

As the title states:
I can get the Lenovo for about $370 and the the Amazon 12 Pro with nano texture with the upgrade special until the 31 for $370.
The Tablet will be for my father, who under no circumstance wants an Ipad (given the price increases and the age of the Ipad I tend to agree and any M series is overkill).
The one thing he always rages about is the ability to copy his music and videos to an SD card and use it in his current Tablet (which he does once a year when he travels). Otherwise he uses it every single day for browsing news on an old Firetablet 10 (slow). And does so for 1-2 hours a day (he is retired now).
The Pen on either is not really a selling point.
But What about the CPU Snapdragon vs MediaTEK?
| Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 + microSD slot | MediaTek Dimensity 8400 + no expandable storage |
|---|
The one REAL downside that I have with the lenovo is the "short" update span. Making essentially EOL in 2029/2030? I feel like the amazon has the lead here, but does have that amazon clutter the lenovo doesnt.
Help me out here guys or am I overthinking this thing and anything will be an upgrade over the Fire10? Even a tab plus gen 2 would be twice as fast?

I finally bought the Brave Ark in the Great Indian Festival sale from Amazon for 29,999. I toh wanted it mainly for editing videos so the display, speakers and battery mattered more to me than other specs. After 7 days of using it, the screen has been crisp and clean and the battery has been running without charge for a day. But I dont love the heaviness of the device with case. Anyone here using other large Android tablets? How’s the battery life been for you?

Mostly for playing Game and YouTube, bought it with keyboard case too because I miss typing in physical board when browsing lol, first time with CN Rom too, one of the reasons I buy this is because I can play genshin with 120 FPS here using game frame interpolation option in game assistant. Yes, I know another tablet has this option too, but for legion, only CN Rom can do 120 FPS sadly. At first there were a lot of bugs with the touchpad when switching back to back with the touchscreen but after updating to android 17 suddenly all feels more smoother and there is no problem with the touchpad anymore. The body and display feels premium too, sounds great, other AI features feel like a gimmick only for me except eye tracking ai in split mode is really practical for people do productivity or taking notes.

So I'm looking to buy a tablet for mostly collage (taking notes, excel, word, etc.) and maybe some movie watching at home. I'm just starting collage, so I'd like for it to last at least 3,5 years, also my classes usually last 10 hours so battery life is also a must.
The offers I found so far (converted to USD from PLN):
S10 FE - 380 USD, after really light usage almost good as new
S9 - 430 USD, still in original packaging never opened
s10+ - 550 USD, light usage, only 20 charging cycles
What would you guys pick?
EDIT: I should also note that I'm studying Computer Science, so I'll also probably need to buy a laptop, but I'm still holding off on that.

Hello,
I have the S6 lite 2026 as of now, I also have a samsung phone, buds and the fit band. It was quite laggy even from start.
Does anyone here have the s10fe+, how good is the display, does it stutter, can the processor handle games like GTA SA mobile, COD, genshin on high settings with no stutter?
I would mainly use it for study notes, entertainment, mobile gaming, browsing, tiktok, snap...
I was looking at the s12 ultra also, but it seems a bit expensive for what it is and not worth it imo, or should I rather go for a honor pad with oled?
I was looking at the macbook neo too

In my country, the Honor MagicPad 4 only gets 2 years of Android updates. I searched on Amazon and found a German listing for the same tablet, the EU edition, for about $300 less. Should I buy it, or is it a bad idea? I asked an AI, and the only downside it mentioned was that the warranty wouldn't be valid outside Europe.
