Coffee, an almond croissant and my Kindle. What more could I ask for? ☕🥐

Currently enjoying another read through the Harry Potter books. No matter how many times I read them, I never get bored. They’re just such a good, cosy read!

And before anyone starts, please save your opinions on the books and their author. I’m simply here to enjoy a good story and share my love of reading on my kindle. 📖

when there is no one, there are books.
to anyone who endures the same,
I am more proud of you than you could ever know

Absolutely loving this skin from Etsy! If you have the itch for a new kindle based off the aesthetics of the new colors, I hiiiiighly suggest finding a skin that brings you joy instead ❣️

Might be hard to find but I am looking for someone named Lauren that might be interested the case on the left! It’s advertised for Kindle 11th 6”. I bought it for my previous Kindle and apparently I don’t know my measurements lol. Then I just bought the new kindle and the case is too big. The back is a clear plastic case. Anyone?!

Just saw the new $80 case with page-turn buttons. We already had this. It was called the Oasis. Seriously, Amazon?

Enjoying my kindle Paperwhite 12 while the pecan crunch latte slowly wears off, it was a good day 👍👍

I read pretty much everything on a Kobo, but papers always stayed on my laptop. Two-column PDFs on a 6" screen are just painful.

So I spent some evenings making a converter that turns the PDF into an EPUB. The text reflows, the equations go through LaTeX, and you can tap the citations. It's not perfect. Scanned PDFs don't work, and I'm sure some layouts will break it, but for most arXiv stuff it's been working well for me.

It's free and there's no login, so if anyone else has the same problem: paper2epub.com

If you try it and something comes out weird, tell me and I'll take a look.

I own ACOTAR 1-3 and 6 on kindle but ACOWAR is missing from my library both on my phone and my kindle. The troubleshooting page on Amazon did diddly squat. If I click read now it opens the book but it’s not in my library. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like Amazon is going to go hard on selling with colors.

Hey there I was wondering where can you find books for free to add to your Kindles??

Book Book is rocking her Strapsicle straps in Lilac and she travels in the matching Clutch.

I was getting tired of the usual washed-out wallpapers that look gray and muddy on e-ink, so I spent some time cleaning up a bunch of my favorite gaming emblems for my Paperwhite.

They’re all 1264x1680 (300 ppi), pure #FFFFFF background with solid black ink so they look crisp on the screen.

So my case has shipped but my kindle hasn’t yet😭😭 I’m getting so impatient lol, I just hope both are delivered early in the day so I can take it to work with me😭

I saw some kindle owners experiencing ghost touch issues, cause by the magnetic cover (wake/sleep functions).

I can't decide if I should get a regular clear back case or a case with a front cover. But then again, even the latest official kindle cases advertise a magnetic cover case....

If I use the power button to wake and sleep the device, im also worried about the button randomly failing. Which is the best approach to this...

How do I add an Epub book to my Kindle through Amazon?

I have crazy sensory issues, I need a case for the 11th gen basic that mimics like suede or faux suede, just like a dinner bit of softness to it ya know? Doesn’t have to be velvet by all means I just need something somewhat soft to move my fingers in and it’s impossible to find cute ones or even at all 😭 I’m in love with this case and anyone here who does customs for hire that could help me out PLEASE I beg the star cat could absolutely just be a patch I just need the main background soft 🙏

asking just to know :)

For people with flushed screens, is the black border and shadow always this deep?

I am also not holding it at any weird angle, this is how I usually hold it to read. I am aware it’s due to the flushed screen which caused both shadow and the black border as well. But the shadow makes the screen looks so deep, which bothers me a little. Is this normal & i just need to get used to it, or does this shadow / black border look particularly bad that I should ask for return/exchange?

So I have a Kindle in a case. I was reading it every day for lunch and it was like an alarm clock for tiny ants. I took the Kindle out of the case, tapped the case on my desk, and a bunch of tiny ants fell out of it. Now I got to keep my Kindle in a freezer bag to keep the ants away.

I’ve had many many other types of screens in my life between handheld gaming consoles to the obvious smart phone, but this is my first e-reader. Should i get a screen protector for this screen too or will it ruin the screen??

I was trying to buy a boll in Spanish but now it’s gone.

Every time I filter for Spanish edition it’s blank, nothing shows up

Hey all,

I might be dumb but Im having an issue 😂 so I pay for kindle+ and audible. Kindle+ is offering the audiobook for one of the books but its not including with audible. So I "check out" the book from kindle+ and go over to audible where the audiobook is now in my library (and it is). The issue is, the book is so long that the audiobook is in 2 parts. Audible is only giving me part 1 of the book with my kindle+ subscription. Anyone know a solution to get both parts?

For example, I got Binding 13 on Kindle+ and on audible its only showing Binding 13 part 1 and i need to pay for part 2.

I’ve recently read multiple books on Kindle where it turns out the last 15% of the content is a long excerpt for the next book.

But I just want to know my progress through the book I’m actually reading. Is there any workaround, or simple thing I’m missing?

Kindle readers, I need your help! I just launched a Change.org petition asking Amazon and Hoopla to work toward making Hoopla library ebooks available on Kindle e-readers, like Paperwhite! Libby works with Kindle, so why can't Hoopla? If any Bookstagram creators want to help spread the word, I'd be SO grateful! 🥹 #HooplaOnKindle
