Yung pamasahe samin dati ng tricycle na special is 50 pesos since 2015-early 2026. Ngayon, in just a few months, twice nagincrease ang pamasahe. 70 pesos na siya. Yung pamasahe sa bus to megamall 50 pesos since 2019-2022 then 2022-2026 naging 60 then 70 na ata ngayon?

Yung peso, everyday bumababa ang value. Nakakalungkot. Putangina.

It’s clean, and the employees are polite and easy to talk to, especially in the Assessor's and Treasury offices. The air conditioning is strong, the restrooms are clean, there is a photocopy service downstairs, an ATM, and most of all, plenty of seats.
Glad that, at some point, I can see some positivity.

What's the usual traffic situation in Antipolo on Nov 1?

Context: We need to arrive in Marikina by 9am on Nov 1.

Our options are the following:

1. Go to Marikina via the usual Sumulong Highway but our concern is that the traffic might be congested because of Valley of Sympathy

2. Via Tikling -> Sta. Lucia -> Marikina - we think this is a longer route but afaik, there's no cemetery here.

What's your recommendation?

Ganda sana ng property but wala ako makita reviews. And yung environment nya parang ghost town, wala gaano pa houses pero nung niresearch ko, nasa around 2021 pa nag start development ng area. Medyo hesitant tuloy baka flood prone yung area or may something sa subdivision kaya onti pa din house til now.

She said the financial assistance/aid varies depending on the need—for example, burial assistance or aid for single parents. I'm from San Roque, but nothing reached our street informing us that something like this existed. It's not like our house is in a remote area either. Anyway, I was just surprised.
