Disinformation about Iraq and Palestine history, knowingly or not, will especially result in a ban. This repeats a previous mod post linked in the body text. These two states are the target of more false propaganda and disinfo than any other in the MENA, if not the world.

Fake news and trolling have never been allowed, but for years, Iraq and Palestine have been the target of more propaganda and lies about their history and present state than almost any other in the world and on this subreddit, where lots of paid bots from countries like Israel, Iran, and others have swarmed for years. This is why these two states are called out in particular.

If you don't know what you're talking about, don't say it. Don't think you're smart by saying often repeated but long debunked lies and propaganda used to justify the killing of millions of civilians. You're likely wrong, and all you're achieving is support for some of the worst killings and destruction of the last century whether or not you realize it. Many of you say how much you hate US and Israeli policies and actions, but by repeating their lies, you become their biggest supporters.

There's no convincing zionists but there are plenty who believe their "most successful "decolonization" project'' simply because the zionist narrative has been dominant in their lives.

History is with the Palestinians.

🖼️Culture need help with preparing raw ithmid for kohl

I bought raw ithmid stones from the spice shop and grounded it up in a mortar and pestle then pour straight in my makhala. first time using it was gritty and painful. i know im supposed to filter it but dont know with what since the powder is really fine.
another big issue is possible lead Pb contamination. dont have money for a lab test, but i dont think people had lab test back in the day either.
apparently in morroco and all over ancient arab world, people soak the ithmid stone in water then oil to purify it.
unfortunately there's just too little info but I really want to be able to follow this Sunnah and enjoy the health benefits of ithmid.
please leave any tips and full tutorial it would be very much appreciated.

Iran A group of Danish-based Iranian monarchists arranged a far-right rally promoting "remigration" in Copenhagen. One of these volunteers wore symbols to reprensent Iran and got treated like this. Thoughts?

🏛️Politics Israeli Moroccan politican

That guy Gadi Eisenkot is the biggest competitor of Netanyahu and has chances to win the election. The interesting part is that he is a Moroccan Jew and there are 1 Millions of them in Israel. If that guys wins Moroccan people and Israelis could come closer. Moroccans love the Moroccan Jews and there is a deep and emotional connection. One of the reason why a huge number of Moroccans love and admire Israel.

But if a Moroccan should lead Israel the relationship with the Moroccan people will improve significantly I guess as I said many Moroccans already have sympathies for Israel. What is your take?

Controversial Why pan-turkists, turanists and ultranationalists from Türkiye often acts very paternalistic and condescending towards the turkic peoples of Central Asia?

Like, I get that is positive to seek solidarity between peoples of similar heritage, but I think is not a good image to act like the "big brother" and center of the turkic world when Anatolia is very more far away from the origin of the cradle of turkic civilization than Central Asian countries.

Controversial Netanyahu threatening nuclear armageddon via AI generated image on social media

Isntrael has a nuclear strategy named the Samson Option. This would involves Israel launching warheads if it feels its existence is threatened.

Recently there have been rumors of weapons being launched to end the Iran war. Israel politically, militarily and internally is not faring well, and might look to find an excuse to exercise the option.

Society Thoughts on Twitter "beefs"

I remember when twitter was (somewhat) a decent social media, though no social media is truly good.

But what I have witnessed recently is absurd. The platform once used mostly to check for news is now a battle ground for unhinged memes and illness never seen before, not even documented in DSM-5.

How did everything spiral out of control?

Change My View Is Hamas’s strategy helping or hurting the Palestinian cause?

The suffering of Palestinian civilians in Gaza is heartbreaking, and they deserve safety, dignity, and a future. At the same time, I’ve been wondering whether Hamas’s tactics contribute to a cycle by operating among civilians. Leading to devastating consequences, which then become central to its narrative of victimhood and international sympathy. It also seems that Hamas becomes more open to negotiations when military pressure limits its options.

I’m open to being wrong and would genuinely like to understand the other side. How do those sympathetic to Hamas view its responsibility towards civilians, its approach to negotiations, and whether its strategy has actually advanced the Palestinian cause? I’d appreciate thoughtful counterarguments.
