I tried Charlie's Burger kay damo gahambal namit daw. I ordered: Oklahoma, Madison, and wild fries.

Usually order ko ang may lettuce kag pickles sa burger, pero nag try ko Oklahoma kay damo may favorite sang burger. Own review ko sa burger ay medyo light sya para sakon. Na gets ko may daw namit sya na sauce sa half ka burger, pero light sabor nya para sa burger, almost close sa sandwich na, pero indi isog flavor ka mayo. Siguro if may hot sauce ko, mas maging okay para sakon. Heavy burgers akon na anadan kag isog flavors amo na light sya para sakon. Tyakto man isa nga nag comment nga medyo greasy/oily ang buns -- na noticed ko lang sa last bite though. Personally, indi sya ang burger para sakon. May na try ko mas mayo kag mas hamot nga burger, pero indi man sya nga indi namit, lain lang preference ko sa burger. Mas gusto ko ang may dyutay nga sweet, fruity, may kick gamay (tomato ketchup), smokey, pickles -- yes, lain nga flavor ka burger dapat ang order pero na curious lang ko sa fave sang iban, kag amo ni purpose ngaa nag try ko, para ma try lain naman 😅

Ang Madison wala ko na tilaw kay nd to akon. Ang fries patatas gid. Okay man. Ang luto crispy sa sides, soft sa mid, pero pricey para sa cup ka fries.

To be honest, mas na gustohan ko ang wild fries, even hindi sya appetizing tulokon sa pic. Gin butangan ko japanese mayo - mas nag namit, although dry ang patties para sakon at medyo wala mayo sabor. Ang flavors ara sa fries, onions, kag sauce. Indi isog sabor ka cheese. Light lang pero mas nabusog ko sa fries.

Akon favorites nga burger: Das: Blue Label (although may times nga okay lang sya. Hit or miss. Ang pinaka namit nga burger para sakon ang na try ko sa villa Monte pero sad indi ko balo ano name since gn hatag lang.

Okay burger: Monster burger with cheese dunk (first try ko, OK lang, second try, mas na appreciate ko sabor although damo sauce. Ksa lain ila cheese dunk mas firm, kisa mas liquidy)

Ang nahamutan ko ang sa burger barn kay smokey. Not sure kung ara pa sila, pero instagramable man ila burgers (though my times man nga miss sila sakon).

Zark's burger

- wala masyado sabor para sakon.

Indi ko pa nakita gid ang burger nga manamitan ko. If may mag suggest, please pa reco.

Prefer nga sabor:

May fruity flavor gamay and sweet (hindi may pineapple ah). Balance ang flavor sa bilog nga burger. Bug at sa tyan. Juicy patties nga smokey. Hindi greasy or oily.

Overall: Sobra ka mahal DF. Not sure din mas okay mag order, if through Grab, Maxim, or messenger. Pero mag try ko iban.

I prefer Banh mi (Pork with fluffy omelette) + wintermelon drink over this.

(I know sandwich, pero mas heavy sya kaysa sa nakaon ko nga burger kag mas flavorful)

Amo na ginapilian namon b that time if same old banh mi or new naman. Even though namit ang fries, medyo regret kay mas namit para sakon ang banh mi if light flavors man lang. namit pa drinks nila.

If gusto mo lang light flavored siguro okay ang burger, pero if gusto mo mas isog nga flavors, hamot, indi sya para simo. Amo na nga indi sya para sakon. Mas naanad lang sa flavorful kag may kick nga flavors (no disrespect sa may favorite ni. Kanyang kanyang opinion at preference).

(Respect lng my post if strongly disagree ka, amo lang ni honest review ko)

Have most of them moved to Metro Manila or most stayed in Bacolod? How do they live their lives compared to their sugar baron ancestors? Any international schools in Bacolod or any that are considered on par with high end Manila gradeschool/highschools? Any gossip? Very curious how the current generation lives, especially those lesser known families but have heritage homes in Silay.

Edit: I’m curious about the families themselves and their lifestyle, not just about their ancestral houses.

Another edit: to clarify, I’m friends with some of the scions. I know how they’re living but I’m curious about others. Kinda weird to ask my friends about it, so I figured I’ll ask here for that info and possibly gossip. Their Negros/Bacolod bubble seems to be really small. It feels it’s closing in on me also lol
