Has anyone tried to make long shelf life food blocks with wheat farina and beef naval

Hey idk if this is the sub for this but I’ve been interested in making pemmican for quite sometime. I was given several pounds of bagged wheat farina. I also have a lot of beef naval so I’m aiming to separate and use the fat on those. My idea is to combine them together into compact blocks. Ideally something easy to travel with and can last out of refrigeration a week or two at a time. I need to be eating a lot of calories so I’m looking at anyway to make this as calorically dense and high in protein as possible.
I have an air fryer with a dehydrator function, I’m wondering that’s enough for drying the meat before grinding.
I’ve been looking but can’t really get a reliable source into turning farina into these “food blocks” or a way to combine the two. Would this work? It’d be my first time making anything of the sort so a thorough guide would be great. Appreciate it

Is dried tree resin of any use?

Hey! I am usually just lurking here but I found these clumbs of tree resin while hiking.

They are all dried up.

When I look up what to do with it, it seems some people make balms with it.

Does is have any other use? For example as a fire starter?

(Yes. I used my 18 year old spongebob ruler for measurement.)

Thanks for the help!

Edit: Haha, guys! I get it. It looks like crack, but I promise, I found it in the Vosges moutains in a fallen tree. (which would be a very good hiding spot for crack, actually..)
