Personal anecdote Ear Inflammation from die-off.

I started getting die off symptoms after being on bifido for 10 days. I immediately stopped the bifido.

However, I now have cold chills (I cannot get warm no matter what) and I am sleeping all day long and my left ear is inflammed (it is bigger in size than my other ear slightly), it feels numb, and it feels like there is fluid inside of it, and it feels like I'm in a tunnel (cannot hear).

How long until this all goes away? I stopped taking bifido.

I am taking B2, B12, zeolite, and a ton of water.

Symptoms Nystatin and SIFO

Hi! I am just wondering if what I’m experiencing is considered “die off”. I am in Nystatin three times daily for 3 months to treat my SIFO. Since starting about 5 days ago, I’ve had more aggressive bloating, fluid retention, and sugar cravings. I’m following a relatively low carbohydrate/low sugar diet currently. Any insight would be appreciated!!

Personal anecdote What has helped my thrush

I had thrush 2-3 years ago, it made me absolutely spiral. I got it from being on antibiotics. Fast forward I got pregnant and it mysteriously went away. Now my baby gave me thrush because we shared a cup. Had it since May. Tried fluconazole, nystatin, itraconazole. No relief. Racked my brain and thought what was different the first time? Started my prenatal vitamin again and sure enough it’s more than half way gone, probably 85%. Been about a week. My tongue feels and looks normal again I believe my body was severely lacking in vitamins. I also began a probiotic gummy. So I suppose if you’re desperate like me, try women’s one a day prenatal vitamin.
I came to the conclusion my immune system was crap from smoking and drinking prior to getting pregnant and then being post partum my immune system was not well. This is my experience but I seemed to be lacking some key vitamins obviously
