Hi Pooh fans, Pooh’s assistant here! 🧡 A few days ago, one of his fans sent him this cute bed. When I opened it, he chose the box first, of course! But I promise he sleeps in the bed all night and naps in it whenever he wants. He loves it, and so do my other kitties!

My assistant isn’t feeling her best today. She has a little cold too. My nose is running, and she keeps sneezing..we’re quite the pair!

She’s also feeling sad and scared because several kitties at the rescue she volunteers with may have FIP. She’s trying to help however she can. Please send those little ones lots of love and prayers. We’re hoping they’ll be healthy and happy again soon. ❤️

She made this video for you, and making it brought her a little smile. I hope watching it gives you one too. Of course, I did the difficult part: being this cute.

I love you, and my assistant loves you too. You give her so many reasons to smile, especially on the hard days.

Good evening, Pooh fans! 🧡

No new pictures today because my assistant didn’t get home until 5:30. But I told her to post this old one in my favorite red T-shirt. You may have seen it before, but she loves it, and I know many of you do too. 🥰

I had my vet visit today. There’s a sore just under the waterline of my right eye, and the vet said my left eye will need another surgery in the future.

My runny nose is back too. There’s a herpesvirus flare-up at my assistant’s house, and the vet gave me antibiotics. I also have a little bacterial infection in my ear, so I got ear drops too. A few more things for my assistant’s to-do list!

One little request..please send some good wishes to little Finn and his sister. They’re fighting FIP and staying with another foster. There are 11 other kitties there who may also be at risk, so please keep them all in your prayers. ❤️

In today’s episode, meet my foster sibling, Siya! This was our first meeting. I was very excited… she seemed a little less enthusiastic.

Then my assistant said, “Your fans have already made you Pooh Bear, so now we need a Piglet!”

Naturally, she offered Siya the role. Siya was offended. Apparently, we should have consulted her agent first. 🙄🐾

Pooh’s assistant here! 🧡 Your afternoon Pooh dose is ready..apparently, the boss has ordered three updates a day.

I tried singing him a lullaby. Barely a little humming, and Pooh called me over… then promptly fell asleep.

He’s still sleeping, and I have about fifty things to do. But apparently, my job description is just: “Look after Pooh. Everything else can wait.”

Could someone please explain to him that his assistant has other responsibilities? Preferably when he wakes up. We mustn’t disturb management. 🧸

Hii Pooh fans! Welcome to my very own Hundred Acre Wood… with more cats! 🧸🧡🐾

A sweet fan sent me this toy! It’s almost 11 at night, but I told my assistant, “My friends are all here. We need to unbox my gift RIGHT MEOW!”

I wanted to play more, but bossy Cuddles took over! Don’t worry..I got another turn afterward. I’m the only one who doesn’t mind her bossing me around. 😂

Cuddles was rescued from the same shelter as me, just a day before she was scheduled to be euthanized. She’s had mouth surgery, and now she’s busy claiming every toy in our little Hundred Acre Wood! 🙄🧡

Thank you to our sweet fan for making our late-night playtime extra special! Now, somebody explain “sharing” to Cuddles.

She didn’t come to the shelter for me. She didn’t even know I existed. 🧡

My assistant was there to rescue another cat, but that kitty had already been rescued. Then someone on the staff mentioned me.

I had been abandoned in a hotel room. I had a wound on my leg, my eyes were hurting, and I was scared. My file said “aggressive.” Some staff members loved me, but the lady at the front desk said I was “not a nice cat.”

They also warned my assistant that if she brought me back, I would be euthanized immediately. 💔

I wasn’t on the euthanasia list yet.
“We’ll add him today,” they said.

That evening, my name went on the list for the following day.

But my assistant took me home.

By my second day, I was cuddling with her. The same paws that people were afraid of were reaching out for love. I just needed to feel safe. 🥺

Then you met me. You called me Pooh Bear. You fell in love with my little face, my biscuits, and my demanding head-scratch schedule.

My assistant didn’t know I existed that morning. Now people all over the world know me…and love me.

Sometimes I think about how close I came to never meeting any of you.

Thank you for being my Pooh family. I have so many biscuits left to make. 🐾🧡

I have a few new Pooh fans here, so I’m sharing my story again for those who don’t know it yet. 🧡🐻

Hi, I’m Cashoh… but you can call me Pooh Bear!AND this is my STORY.

My assistant heard the name “Caseoh” for the first time and wrote it as “Cashoh.” So now I’m Cashoh. Apparently, spelling is not part of her job description. 😹

I was abandoned in a hotel room. Staff reported me, and the shelter picked me up. My paw was bleeding, and I still have an injury around a nail on my right paw.

My assistant volunteers and fosters for the shelter and a rescue, and sometimes rescues on her own. She watches for kitties running out of time when nobody comes for them..sick, scared, feral, or called “aggressive.”

Before me, she and her rescue friend saved a kitty scheduled for euthanasia for medical reasons. People suspected cancer, but after jaw treatment and dental work, that girl is doing great! 🧡

That day, my assistant went to help another kitty with behavior concerns. Someone took her before she arrived! She was happy and relieved…her house was already full.

Then staff said, “There’s an aggressive orange boy who needs medical care. We can’t handle him. He’s scheduled for euthanasia tomorrow.”

“But he isn’t on the list?” she asked.

“We’ll add him this evening.”

One evening to find someone. That was all I had.

She chose me. 🧡

At pickup, the front desk lady warned, “Don’t bring him back. If you return him, he’ll be euthanized immediately.”

She brought me home knowing my life depended on this chance.

I arrived sick, with a runny nose and sneezing. We were both scared: everything was new to me, and she’d apparently never seen such a huge cat.

Ma’am, I’m family-sized. 😹

The next day, she sat on the bed while I was by the window. Guess who made the first move?

Me. I walked over to say, “Hi.” 🐾

That was the beginning of us.

I’ve now had my entropion surgery and am healing. My eyelids rolled inward, making fur rub painfully against my eyes and damage my corneas. My eyes were cloudy, my vision was limited, and I risked losing my sight. Surgery helped protect my eyes and relieve the pain. 🧡

I was sick when my assistant brought me home, and she’s been caring for me ever since. She’s overwhelmed because so many kitties are sick, and one has cancer.Her heart is currently broken, and rescue have no funds left, but somehow they keep finding a way to get us the care we need. I don’t know how they do it, but even through all their worries, I never go without love. 🧡

Anyway, one day she posted my pictures on Reddit. They reached millions, you showered me with love, and you named me…

Once, I had one evening to find someone. Now I have a whole Pooh family.

So many of you commented that I should have my very own page. I told my assistant, “The people have spoken. Please handle the paperwork.” And here we are! 😼

I’m welcoming you with an older picture in my little red shirt. As you know, I’m still healing from my entropion surgery, so my assistant pulled this one from the archives. Apparently, I’ve always been this handsome.

Not long ago, I was an abandoned hotel boy sitting in a shelter with only hours left to live. My eyes hurt, I was scared, and I had been labeled “aggressive.” Hardly anyone knew I existed.

Then my human chose me. She brought me home, and I immediately began making air biscuits. Very threatening behavior, obviously.

When she shared my pictures, you saw my chubby cheeks and tiny eyes and called me Pooh Bear. To you, I became someone worth knowing, loving, and checking on. You turned a little orange boy the world had forgotten into your Pooh Bear.

Now people ask how I’m feeling. They notice when I’ve been quiet. Somewhere, someone having a difficult day smiles at a picture of my face.

I don’t understand the internet, but my assistant says you come looking for me. After being left behind once, being looked for is a pretty wonderful feeling.

Here, I’ll share my healing journey, my story, my struggles, and an unreasonable number of cute pictures. Sometimes my foster siblings might sneak into the spotlight too(not really). My assistant insists they’re also cute. I’m reviewing the evidence.

Thank you for asking for this page..and for giving me a reason to fill it with happy little moments. I wish I could climb into every one of your laps so you’d know how much your love means.
