I’m planning to take the British Council IELTS exam in Chattogram in November. My first choice is EC Test Center, and my second choice is British Council Rafique Tower. If anyone has taken IELTS at either of these centers, please share your experience.

Assuming I pass CUET's entrance exam that is to be held this January and get the major of my choice, should I study at CUET or study at EDU instead? I wanna study Electrical engineering, which I heard isn't the best subject in EDU. However, CUET is in a really bad state rn with all the politics & stuff and I know someone who studies there but says the environment/teachers aren't great. If anyone has either studied at CUET/EDU and can help me out here then it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
