This is simply a formal complaint to coffee shops in Austin that blast loud music. I do not think it’s a good idea since customers may not have the same taste in music as the person controlling the playlist. I don’t have a problem with background music, but it shouldn’t be so loud that I have to yell at my friend for us to talk. Has anyone struggled with this at a coffee shop or restaurant or is it just me. I love all locally owned coffee shops and always try to support them. Just a minor suggestion I am making haha.
