I want more lore on this game, it’s too cute lol. How her boss got little roller skates for the goat was great.

Marshall had to fake his death to get out of prison near the end of season 1. As a result, he lost access to his bank accounts, and probably other accounts too, but I digress. He doesn’t have much money by the time he leaves for South Carolina again. However, the DEA attempts to arrest or kill him during their raid, meaning the government knows he’s still alive. Even if he does manage to gain access to his financial accounts, the government could simply track his purchases to discover where he is. Frances probably has a fair amount of money from when she got promoted, but who knows. The government could also track her purchases as well, so that’s not good, either. Maybe I’m overreacting about this, but that could be the new circumstances that Marshall and Frances will be in. So, how do you think Marshall, and probably Frances as well, will be able to move forward with their journey with not too much wealth on their hands? I saw a news report saying that they’re going to be staying in a particular town this season, so who knows. Matbe they’ll both earn money through getting a local job? Maybe they’ll meet a good government person who could help smuggle them their accoun money without the government’s knowledge? I don’t know. What do you think though. How do you think the two of them will handle their money situation?

However, what do you think? Do you call them the white men, the humonculi, or something else?

she definitely had a complicated story in season 1. she was so conflicted with all the different things happening in her life. even with how much Marshall enjoyed her company and trusted her, she still ended up betraying him. She definitely suffered so many arguably karmic hurdles, which definitely made her realize her mistake. I mean, she lost her Mom, she got threatened by Cecily, and her promotion ended up meaning absolutely nothing. She ended up WILLINGLY leaving Rick and going to assist Marshall, despite knowing the danger that would pose and how it would change her life forever. She’s definitely on a good track for redeeming herself, but she still has a LOT of work to do. what do you think? Do you think Frances may be able to redeem herself? What do you think she may have to accomplish to really show that she’s turned a new leaf?

How old do you all estimate the characters are? Like how old are Marshall and Zane? Or how old is Agt Copano or Harrington?

I re-watched season 1 this week and it made me remember being laid up in a hospital bed while I underwent treatment for heart failure and a host of other problems related to it. Watching the new episodes every Sunday gave me something to look forward to each week. I'm now a year and a half out from my transplant and I can't help but wonder how the blue angel mushroom would affect me if it were real.
My care team stresses that a transplant isn't a cure, it's a treatment. I have to take anti-rejection medication for the rest of my life, which are kind of toxic on their own. Would the blue mushroom grow me a new heart or something? Would it just fully integrate my new heart into my body and I wouldn't have to take anti-rejection meds anymore? Would it not do anything? Just kind of fun to think about.
Anyway, really excited for season 2!

Recently watched the show, enjoyed it but not as much as I think I could. Although the visuals were crazy and I liked the ethical/mystical questioning, I did not vibe with this serie for a simple matter of tastes. I believe reading people's passion about it could reinforce my appreciation before season 2 comes out.

What do ya’ll think is up with this guy? The lady with the mask looked cool, I am assuming she will play into the ruins Marshall explores but this guy man he just seems so different from people we’ve seen before. Any thoughts on what role he’s going to play in this adventure?

"Broke down the new teaser scene by scene. The tone shift is huge — there's what looks like a whole clan tied to the Blue Angel mushroom, and Marshall's 'Portal' thing might be the center of it. Full video in English and Spanish below. What did you catch that I missed?"
