So. I’m wondering if anyone else does this. I’ve recently started making a blanket for my boyfriend. During the process I’ve made a “blanket diary”.

Example “row 32-45 done the day after a zoo trip with the girls. Movie day = time to hook.

“Row 57- our dog died this morning so I’m gonna sit here all day.

“Row 123- were on our way to vacations!”

I spend so much time making it. I think what I’m going to do is create a QR code on a tag and then you can scan to QR code to read the diary of the blanket.

Thoughts? Is that super weird? 🤪🤣

It is not currently finished but will continue with a green and white checker.

The creator said she made this with chunky yarn and a 25mm crochet hook. I know how to crochet. Is this easier than using a loom or fingers for chunky blankets?Any help would be appreciated!

My bed is a full size. What size do you think my blanket is? The border is kind of messy, but I don't really care cause it's going to be mine. Eventually I might add on to it when and if I get more yarn.
