[Hiring] Sales Rep — Warm Leads Only, Part-Time or Full-Time (Dallas / Remote)

Sales — Second Act. Work For Yourself, Not Another Boss (Dallas / Remote) | 40% Commission, 1099 | Part-Time or Full-Time

Thirty years of working for somebody else is enough.

You know how to talk to people. You have dealt with customers, deadlines, budgets and difficult owners for decades. You are not ready to sit in a chair and watch television. But you are also done with the corporate routine — the commute, the reviews, the meeting about the meeting.

So here is a different kind of job. And the part that makes it real: the leads are WARM.

— READ THIS PART FIRST — WHAT THIS IS NOT —

This is NOT a corporate job and NOT a salary job. There is NO base pay, NO salary, NO benefits and NO pension. It is a 100% commission, 1099 independent-contractor sales role.

You will NOT be building AI or writing software. You will be SELLING AI marketing services to local businesses. If you wanted a salaried software-company role, this is the wrong ad and I would rather you know it now.

— THE LEADS ARE WARM — THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING —

You are not handed a phone book and told to dial strangers. By the time a name reaches you, our outreach has ALREADY contacted that business owner by email, direct message and text. Most opened it. Some already replied. The conversation is open before you pick up the phone.

— WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY SELLING —

Not one little tool — a full AI agency in a box: an entire staff of AI agents for a local business.

- A voice agent that answers every call 24/7, qualifies the caller and books the appointment.

- A follow-up agent that chases every lead until it becomes a booked job.

- A marketing agent that builds and runs the website and keeps customers coming back.

One platform, one monthly fee, a different agent for every job — instead of hiring four people.

— WHY THIS FITS SOMEONE IN YOUR POSITION —

- Warm leads, not cold calls. The groundwork is done before you dial.

- No boss and no schedule but your own. Full-time or part-time — your call.

- Not physical work and not tech work. A phone and a laptop.

- Your career IS the qualification. Decades of learning how people decide — that skill does not expire.

- You already know half your prospect list. Every roofer, plumber, cleaner, mover, landscaper, mechanic, salon or restaurant owner you have done business with is a potential client.

- We provide tools, training and leads, and we do not charge you for any of it.

— PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME —

Both open. Two days a week to start is fine — go full-time only when the money proves itself.

— THE WORK, HONESTLY —

We are VisionEdge ai Media, a Dallas marketing company. We install AI agent systems into local businesses.

A normal week:

- Work the warm leads our outreach generates by email, DM and text

- Call and demo local business owners

- Send a simple proposal, follow up, close

- Log it in GoHighLevel, our CRM — we set it up and train you on it

— HOW THE MONEY WORKS —

- You keep 40% of everything you collect. After 10 closed sales it steps up to 50%.

- Paid twice a month, the 16th and the 31st.

- Packages run $397 to $1,497 one-time, plus $297 to $497 per month. On a $997 job you keep $399; add $497/month and you keep about $199 every month that client stays.

- Commission is paid on collected money only. Refunds and chargebacks come off.

And the part most ads hide: no salary, no base, no benefits, no paid time off. Some months will be strong and some slow. If that is not acceptable, please do not apply.

— WHO WE WANT —

- Fine with 100% commission and you understand you eat what you kill.

- You have sold something — products, services, contracts, accounts or your own business.

- You can pick up a phone and explain a service without reading a script word for word.

- You do what you say you will do.

- Comfortable with simple software. This is not a technology job.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

- Anyone expecting a salary, a base or benefits.

- Anyone who wants to work on AI rather than sell.

- Anyone who needs to be managed every day.

- Anyone looking for something to fill time rather than a job to work.

— TO APPLY —

Email [VisionEdgeHiring@gmail.com](mailto:VisionEdgeHiring@gmail.com) and include:

1) Your name and city, and whether you want this remote or in person.

2) Two or three sentences on sales or business work you have done before.

3) One line: are you comfortable with 100% commission — yes or no?

Put "SECOND ACT SALES" in the subject line.

Commission-only, 1099. Dallas / Atlanta or remote. Part-time or full-time.

  • Reliable transportation to the work location.

Experience as an administrative assistant, records clerk, office manager, household assistant, professional organizer or organizer’s assistant, or move-management assistant would be helpful. Comparable practical experience will also be considered.

Accompany homeowner while transporting donations or bagged items for donation/dispoal.

How to apply

Please reply with:

  4. Your transportation arrangements and ability to assist with donation or disposal trips.
  5. Any limitations relevant to the listed physical duties.
  6. Whether you can provide two work references before hiring.

A résumé is welcome but not required. Applicants selected for further consideration will be contacted for a telephone interview.

To preserve household privacy, the homeowner’s identity and exact address will be shared with selected candidates as the screening process progresses. Please contact the email provided rather than attempting to visit the property.

[Job Wanted] A practical way to practice job interviews before the real thing

Most interview advice tells you what to say. The harder part is delivering a clear answer under pressure.

ZoeVera Interview Prep (https://prepare.zoevera.com) lets you practice answering interview questions on camera and get feedback on your responses, including speaking pace, filler words, structure, and relevant terminology.

You can tailor practice to a job role, company, and job description. It offers behavioral and technical interview practice, with sample answers to compare against your own.

It won’t guarantee a job or replace real interview experience, but it can help you spot weaknesses before an actual interview.

Worth considering if you have an interview coming up and want more than a list of common questions.

[Job Wanted] Looking for medical courier contracting job in DFW full time

Don’t care about the distance, I just want to do this, I’ve been looking for something like this for months, everything I’ve found pays $18/hr for 20hr work weeks. If I was able to keep myself afloat on $18k/yr I’d go work at target. Does anybody know any decently sized hospital that is currently hiring? I’ve got military experience, a clean driving record, and a reliable car.

[For Hire] DFW Brand Ambassador

Want to try an amazing restaurant? Go to a concert? Take a weekend trip to Miami? Plan Cabo next month? Post the activity on Rendevuz, let people request to join you, and you decide who you want to go with.

You can earn when people send Requests to Join your activities or pay to start a conversation with you. You can also earn from subscription referrals.

What could that look like?

At the current $0.50 rate, averaging about 67 paid Requests to Join or paid chats per day would come out to roughly $1,000 in a 30-day month.

For example:

40 Requests to Join + 27 paid chats per day = $33.50/day = about $1,005/month.

And that doesn’t include additional earnings you could receive from boosted Requests to Join or subscription referrals. Rendevuz

You don’t need to already be an influencer. If you like dining out, traveling, concerts, nightlife, fitness, outdoor activities or just meeting new people, you can start by posting something you genuinely want to do and sharing it.

This is a revenue-share opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position, and actual earnings depend on the activity and engagement you generate.
