We are still working to finalize all out costs. FEMA doesn't care. They just want all of this to go away.

I may have an opportunity to take a position with the Army Corps of Engineers and wanted to see if anyone here has worked for them, especially on the emergency management side.
I’m currently an emergency manager with another federal agency. Just trying to get a feel for what it’s like working there. Mainly interested in the work environment, leadership, work-life balance, and overall experience.
I know every agency has its issues, and I’m not under any illusion that the grass is always greener on the other side. Just looking for some honest feedback from anyone who’s worked with them or for them.
Appreciate any insight!
