I took a new Deadwood for a test ride. It was a nice bike, but I felt a little cramped on it. I'm 5'11", 205lbs, with a 32" inseam.

Is this something that could be worked out with some control adjustment or is would a bigger bike be a better fit?

I am gonna miss this view. Winter sucks.

Hi guys! French people who Just moved to the us
My boyfriend bought this motorcycle : Harley-Davidson FXSTS Softail Springer 1993 from a private seller, and it was running fine at first.
When we got home, the next morning it would only start by bump-starting it (push-starting it).
The following day, it wouldn’t start at all.
We took it to a mechanic, who fixed an issue with the choke and installed some kind of button under the seat that was supposed to help the motorcycle start more strongly, I think.
When we picked it up from the mechanic, it was running perfectly.
But the next morning, it wouldn’t start again
There is no clicking sound. The engine tries to turn over, but it just won’t start.

We have replaced the battery, charged it, and replaced the spark plugs, but it still won’t start.
What could be causing this problem? We spent a lot of money already and really need helps

I thought I read somewhere they were bringing back the Iron 883. Or is that the deal with the new entry level bike similar to the one the Indian market has? Or are they doing both?

Hello guys, i have a 2008 harley street glide flhx, 53xxx miles. Has been sitting for a few years and tried starting her up.

The key fob has new battery, I replaced spark plugs, removed a bit of the old fuel. I also replaced the battery to a new one. Cranks over but doesnt start.

When I press run button, it activates the hmm noise, then when I press start it just cranks.

When I removed the filter, I hit it with starting fluid and it starts but only stays on for about 1 second then turns off.

Im not too familiar with motorcycle mechanic works but I try to learn as mich as I can. Youtube, chat gpt, and Google doesn't give me much info. If anybody can help or give me a list of what to check or possibly test or replace that would help.

Ive got my dream bike. Never want another bike, its a 98 soft tail custom. But I often think about what id want in a brand new bike. I love harleys. Ive had jap bikes but I can never go back, even as a thought experiment.

So i know some harley trikes use shafts. I was wondering if it could be done that a belt to shaft conversion could be done using the shaft parts from a trike kit?

I wonder if harley would ever add a shaft drive bike to their lineup.

Installed a 16X3.5 inch rear wheel on my 2003 roadking. The tire now rubs on the belt. Does anyone know what I need to do to stop the rubbing?

I’ve had a bunch of bad experiences when buying recently at a semilocaldealer. Now I tried inquiring about buying my trade-in but they wouldn’t give me a price. They kept insisting that if I came in they could make a deal

Anybody have luck with handguards for a 2016 FXDB? Plan to ride through the winter (Mississippi lol) and can’t find any hand guards that’ll fit around wind screen and turn signals. Memphis shades seems to only have them for lowrider S with signal cut out

Changed primary fluid 1 QT of K&N synthetic SAE 20W-50 after swapping stator , retensioned chain to 3/4” slack , compensator and clutch nut are torqued down to spec. Any ideas ? Pictured is the oil, video is the sound.

Rode around the BRP and some mountain highways over the weekend to ring in my 40th. Had to pull over on the way home and snap some photos because the bike was looking extra good in that golden hour light

I picked up a 2026 FLXRS with a stage 1 kit. It has a Trask Assault and a heavy breather with a tune. Performance wise I love it. I am having them add the forward controls kit then possibly bags, a new seat, and pull back bars. I’m 5’10. I wish it was the black model and not the chrome model but it was a very good deal. What seat would push me a little forward and be comfortable? Mixed with some risers with a pull-back? What do you all think? I don’t hear much about the trask exhaust brand. It sound good but it does in fact assault the neighborhood when I start it. The road king is my late uncles. I’m putting a mild exhaust on it and a tune. I am not a fan of the hydraulic clutch but want to keep it relatively as is to remember my uncle with. This new bike is my jet around town bike. I ride about 60 miles round trip and it does get some moisture in the oil pretty easily. Maybe a trask trans breather? It does have some crash bars already on the way.

and it has the springer front end shocks that I just cant unsee. Now I am considering changing the Classic 650 RE for the softail crossbones.

I think there's more to it now because this is a rare bird anway, and open for lots of customizations.

Any opinions of the Cross bones?
