I really wanna buy the ARAD 5. Seems like a solid gas piston weapon system from IWI. Was wanting to know how thick of a UPPER receiver Barrel grip is it when you C Clamp the weapon when you are firing it?

It seems to be a bit more bigger and thicker than the standard MLOK barrel covers out there on the American market that feel really slim and skinny. Im use to gripping for the full 360 picatinny rail systems from the US military weapons. Anything slimmer feels weird.

I recently ordered a 16.5" 5.56 X95 and am considering a full-size Cloud Defensive REIN 3.0 with the factory handguard, probably using an Arisaka Offset Scout Mount–Picatinny (OSM-P).

Before ordering, I’d appreciate hearing from anyone actually running this combination—or the REIN 3.0 with another mount on an X95.

• What mount are you using, and where do you have the light positioned?
• Does the full-size light feel comfortable, or does it crowd your support hand or interfere with the charging handle?
• Where did you put the pressure switch, and is the factory cable long enough to route comfortably?
• Any issues with barrel shadow, loose mounting hardware, or accessing the battery?
• Would you buy the full-size REIN again, or choose the Micro or something else?

I like the REIN’s output and dual-fuel capability, but I’m trying to figure out whether its size is a practical issue on the X95 rather than just a concern on paper.

If not the REIN, what would you suggest?

What's your favorite appendix holster for the Masada 9s slim?

I'm from Israel but all the holsters here suck, so I'm thinking about buying from the US.

I don’t have a .308 in my collection and want to take advantage of the IWI suppressor rebate. Which one would be better for an all-around build? Probably won’t shoot past 600. I understand neither are precision rifles but I’ve also heard that the Galil needs a KNS piston to work with the suppressor and may have trouble holding zero with the dust cover. I would lean Galil if those two things didn’t exist. Thoughts?

Only recently got back into firearms about two months ago after only owning a Pt-92, Mossberg 500, FAL and M&P FPC, bought this one a month ago now and had it sitting on the back burner due to work and more work, was finally able to bring it out this week and learned about building guns, whole new rabbit hole for me, so I decided to pick 3 things up for it, this is where it’s at right now but I plan to add more next week, just need some time to think what else, but I’m genuinely happy where it is right now and hope y’all like it too

If not, are they going to again someday?

Does anyone know if IWI is still making the SAR in 300 BLK? I have a Tavor-7 and a TS-12, I would be very interested in the SAR in 300 BLK. I wanted to check before calling my FFL and have them search for it.

I bought this 10 years ago for $1000 bucks i was told it was never shot and i have never shot it besides the shell from the factory .

I did a little chat gbt and it seems to think its worth something in the $3200-4200 range

I found one on gun broker for $3000 but it wasn't a iwi from my limited research, apparently made in Israel is a game changer

Box gun and paperwork all has matching serial numbers 352 is the first 3#s

Definitely dont think its a 3k+ gun and have considered shooting the piss out of it but hoping to gain more info and if theres an actual market for these

I’ve had a Masada Slim as a carry pistol for years now and never had an issue with it.
Ordered the threaded barrel a few months ago and fired yesterday for the time with the threaded one installed.
Slide wouldn’t go into battery after successive shots, sometimes wouldn’t even close when racking the slide. It looks like the bullet is feeding into the chamber at a weird angle and the slide is closing onto the casing. Failure to feed, not a failure to eject. Same factory magazines as always, same slide, guide rod/springs &etc… only the barrel has been replaced (with another IWI barrel).
When I was shooting with my suppressor on, I had no issues, and I’m wondering if maybe my barrel is a defect or has too much tilt? Maybe the weight of the suppressor on the barrel keeps the tilt at the level it needs to be?

Has anyone else had this issue on the Mas9S?

My x95 for attention

First time shooting with my new Strike Industries Micro Threaded Comp today. I love this little gun so much, I want to buy a 2nd one but keep it more bare bones as a back-up.

I'll probably upgrade/replace the light with a Streamlight TLR-7 and replace the optic with a Holosun EPS carry (2 MOA gold dot) in the near future. But when I first started building up this pistol, I took accessories from other guns that I already owned rather than dumping a bunch of cash into it all at once. But the more I shoot it, the more I like it. It's my favorite 9mm pistol out of the 9 pistols I own. The Mischief Machine grip module is so nice, fits my hand perfectly, really helps with felt recoil. Already pretty flat shooting without the compensator, but now a little better. Also sometimes throw a Spectre 9 suppressor on it for some fun.

ZERO malfunctions in 2,000 rounds so far, with all kinds of ammo.

Shooting from 7 yards at an indoor range. Couple of loose shots in there, but I was double-tapping to see how I liked the new compensator, and these were my first 2 mags with the new compensator.

I’ve been wanting to pick up an 8.3” Galil ACE Gen 2 in 5.45×39mm for a while now. I’ve always liked the AKS-74U (Krinkov), and the Galil seemed like a great modernized alternative.

I actually managed to place an order through an online retailer recently, but they ended up canceling it because they couldn’t fulfill the order. Since then, I’ve looked pretty much everywhere online, and they all seem to be out of stock. I was really eying this gun for months, but I didn't want to do an impulse buy...

My only concern is if I need warranty work, will it be granted or is it “buyers risk” at that point?
