I'm making this post to help with the withdraw process. My account isn't new, but I've been waiting about a week. I think it's due to the amount?

Could I get any assistance with this one? I'm in the middle of a cross country move so I'm a little bit more pushy-anxious than I'd want to be!

Also, this is the largest amount I've tried to withdraw, is it better to do it in small amounts? I have a total of 2,800ish waiting to be withdrawn and I'm wondering if after the 500 if it'd be better to just withdraw the rest in one large amount. Will that be held longer than if I were to do 200 per?

I’m currently on level 59 in Monopoly Bingo, and expect to hit 60 by tomorrow. The next milestone is level 90, which I would have to hit by November 10. Without making any in-game purchases, is this doable? Wanted to find out so I know whether or not I bother carrying on past 60

I downloaded the app and chose 4-5 games to play. They were pending and showing in my games. Now they are all gone. I’m confused? Is this normal?

Has anyone had this issue? This is the second time a reward didn’t track for me on phase 10. After finishing level 30 it stopped tracking and had to be fixed from support. “Allow tracking” is toggled on and my tracking health is great.

I finished level 50 1 day ago and its still hasn’t given me my reward. When I contacted support for help with level 30 the agent told me that helping me retrieve support for Phase 10 was the first and last time and if i had future issues they could no longer help me nor manually add future “missed” rewards for me again.

Started my offer.

Mex rewards are for 40k spins and $10k in bets. Seems like it would take forever to hit both.

Anyone reach the $10k in bets? How did you do it?

I wanted to share my experience with KashKick as a warning to others and hopefully get some help from someone who can actually look into this situation.

My KashKick account was recently closed because they allegedly detected a “non-US carrier” on my account. The problem is that I am a US citizen and have been physically present in the United States the entire time.

The only thing I can think of that might have triggered this was attempting to verify my account on a device that I originally set up while I was traveling outside the country. However, I have been back in the US for over a year, and I have been using my account from here.

I contacted KashKick support to explain the situation and ask them to investigate. Unfortunately, the responses have been extremely unhelpful. They don’t seem willing to look into what actually happened or give me a meaningful explanation of why my account was flagged and closed.

It honestly feels like they are looking for any reason to close my account rather than investigate a potentially incorrect detection. If their system is flagging legitimate US users based on an old device or carrier configuration, that is a serious problem.

If you’re considering using KashKick, I’d recommend being cautious and keeping records of your account activity and any interactions with support. I would hate for someone else to run into the same issue and have no way to get it resolved.

I’ve seen so many people here praise Albert from KashKick for helping resolve tracking issues, and I’m hoping he might be able to help me too!
I’ve been dealing with a frustrating game-tracking problem, and despite multiple conversations with customer support, I’m getting nowhere. I’ve received conflicting explanations, but no actual resolution.

Is this a scam!?! I’ve played some of their games then I go to cash out and I’m locked out of my account. What’s going on here?!? Scam??

Started kashkick almost a month ago. My friend told me it was a good way to make some money while playing games.

I racked up almost 1.7k to withdraw, but some of the bonuses were still pending so I was waiting for everything to clear to withdraw. This morning, I opened the app to see I was logged out. Put in my username and password and was met with a popup saying "this account has been closed. contact support for help."

I want to preface by saying I have no other accounts. I verified the account for deposits but was just waiting on the other larger bonuses to clear for me to withdraw everything at once. I have screen shots showing all purchases, playthroughs, and any information they need.

Really bad look for kashkick if their first response to players making a decent amount of money is to close their account with no notice. I didn't recieve any emails and the only way I found out was from logging back into my app.

I really hope kashkick makes this right. I have all the information needed to show that my account didn't violate ANY tos. Will update as the situation progresses.

Did well. Closed my account. They were helpful in getting me some money out. Then all of a sudden even though nothing changed, they won’t give me the rest and “cannot comment further”

I'm beyond frustrated. KashKick blocked me from cashing out almost $1,000 that I earned, then sent me an email saying they "detected another account" with my details and canceled everything.

There is no other account in my name. I replied right away, explained that, and asked for help. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing. No answer, no review, no timeline.

I earned this money. I did the offers, I followed the rules, and now support just ghosts me while holding my balance. If you're going to cancel an account, at least have the decency to respond and show the evidence.

Has anyone else had this happen, and did anything get you paid? And if anyone from KashKick sees this, you owe me my money. Reply to my email or message me here.

Has anyone had success getting KashKick to manually credit missing rewards or escalate a tracking issue?

I’ve been playing Royal Match through KashKick and have approximately $170 in missing milestone rewards.

Here’s what happened:
Before a flight, I completed a milestone that tracked and credited successfully.
During the flight, I played offline and completed several additional levels.
After reconnecting to the internet, I continued playing and completed MORE milestones while online. None of those tracked either.
I also made a $2 in-app purchase after reconnecting, which tracked successfully.

KashKick support initially dismissed the issue because I played offline. I understand that offline gameplay can cause tracking problems, but that doesn’t explain why subsequent milestones completed while connected to the internet also failed to track, especially when my purchase tracked just fine.

I’ve followed up requesting a manual review or escalation, but haven’t received a response.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to get missing milestones credited?

I have put in a kash out request 12 days ago and the time line for receiving it was 1-3 days. I have created 2 tickets for my issue that have been closed. I am pretty disappointed with the slow kash out process with the tickets being closed and no resolution.

I've done very well on this app and made solid money, but recently had a 137$ withdrawal canceled inexplicably plus 400$ in available money wiped out without explanation. Not sure if one of the offers I did was reversed, or maybe one of my referalls was banned, but it's very frustrating when this is done without explanation and without recourse.

I caught KashKick accelerating deadlines to prevent me from being able to complete this offer (Home Design Makeover).

I was playing Phase 10 but in the end the deadline was too tight. Phase 10 is very stingy with stamina, even with events. Then I tried one of those merge games and encountered the same problem - leveling up gets progressively harder, and I couldn't make the deadline.

Can anyone recommend a new game for me to try?

Could someone suggest games where I have more control, like Match Factory, unlike Mystery Town? I can level up as much as I can in Match Factory as long as I can maintain the power-ups. In Mystery Town, finishing the top levels feels too exhausting, and you also have to spend money. I barely earn any money despite finishing 2 Turbo Tasks. I felt helpless and almost didn't get the money I spent. Please suggest games that are easier and have more realistic goals. Thanks in advance!
