So we have a neighborhood cat and no tnr (rural area). She had two kittens and it's October almost November with them being about 3 months old by my own estimation, aka big enough to eat solid food and start exploring away from the nest.

Now, my best friend I live with rn is completely on board with what I did. And it doesn't seem like Mama Kitty (only thing she responds to) really cares if I take the kittens now. I fact the black kitten, we decided his name is to be Binx, screamed and was rather spicy when I grabbed him. Mama walked over, sniffed once, and went back to the food I gave her. Meanwhile mr spicy clwed and bit my hand.

Now I have him and his brother, aptly name Garfield, inside in a stroller to quarantine them from 2 big dogs and 2 cats twice their size, sadly at this point it isn't 3 cats twice their size but not the point of this post.

Pumpkin, Ashley Elizabeth Cromwell and Victor all were feral born kittens that I reacued and domesticated. Each lived in my sanctuary for a short while. Their owner adopted them one by one. She send pictures of them regularly. Pictures like this mske me smile and happy.

It's almost Halloween. Posting my annual, spooky cat picture. This is not my cat. A friend sent this picture over to me years ago asking me; "Hey I know you predominantly fostet black cats. However, would you make an exception for this one?" If the cat genuinely needed therapy and a home, then yes. However, it's the first time I've ever thought to myself, "this cat seriously freaks me out."

I've been sending this exact picture to my friends and family this time of year for a lot of years.
