I started late classes on 10/15 does anyone know when loans will be disbursed?

Did anyone get an email from the school saying they changed to nelnet to send our funds?? i got one but for some reason it doesn’t show up on my Okta dashboard.

So i wonder if we are still getting a check this time????

So is everyone just collectively no longer using Bank Mobile now? I haven’t received any information from BM or Los Rios about BM being hacked / student info being compromised. I just set up my nelnet and put my BM account info for direct deposits.. now I’m wondering if I should just go ahead and use my other bank.. idk what to do. Send help lol

I'm aware that we won't be using BankMobile for our upcoming disbursements on the 29th, which kind of sucks since it'd usually be transferred to my bank account the very next day. My main concern is with when these checks arrive, because on one hand Google/Los Rios lists it as 2~ weeks, but pretty much everybody else had their's come the very next business day.

Again, not sure if everybody's experience is the same. So anybody who's used to getting their disbursements via check do lmk 😭

I got so overwhelmed with life and debated if school is even for me but didn’t want to throw all of my hard work away. Also; some professors are just condescending asf, there are nicer ways to speak/email students. Anyways, hope everyone is doing well. Life just be life-ing hard asf sometimes.

is anyone else taking this 8-week course this semester w prof Francisco Chima Sanchez? Does he usually take a while to respond on canvas/email? I’m not a math person or whatever the atrocity of a subject stats is and i’m strugglingggg! any tips or advice for passing this course?

it was raining and i parked in the staff lot so i wouldn’t have to walk, do i really need to pay the 33 dollar fine or like if i js leave it is that fine?

update: i paid the fine guys! although i do think the parking at school is too far and i wish the staff parking lot would be allowed for night classes it’s honestly a safety concern atp, especially because it’s fucking empty most of the time

Is anyone getting literally hundreds of "thank you for subscribing" emails right now to the secondary email they use? I have this email set up specifically just for school and work, so in other words only trusted entities. I have had 600+ emails come through in the last 45 minutes. It's from all kinds of businesses from all over the world.

My aid was disbursed on sept 4th but I’ve been struggling with identification verification thought bank mobile for weeks on October 8th my account still is compromised after sending in my documents. Bank mobile said my refund preference will be set to check and Los rios financial aid told me my check was sent on on October 10th . I still haven’t received my check should I continue waiting or contact bank mobile and the financial aid office? Apologies this is my first year!

I received the 1286 for SSCG but my late class started this week. Does anyone know if this will update to the 4000 now that I’m at 15 units?

If you enroll in UPS my choice you should be able to track your disbursement before it is even physically sent out

Does anyone here go to ARC and received their disbursement by mail? My first disbursement was delayed because of verification, and it finally showed Disbursed on eServices this past Friday. I was wondering if anyone who’s received a paper check knows roughly how long it takes to arrive? :)

My payout was disbursed yesterday and I never received it today, but it says this on the payment “SCC AP Financial Aid Refund” ?? Has anyone else experienced this and what does it mean? It feels like i just got all my money taken from me without explanation and I cant get in touch with the FA office. Also to preface, I didn’t have any outstanding balances so I should’ve received everything.

Does anyone know what’s going on?
