Weird movie, weird music. Good for Halloween!

It’s that time of year! 🎃

I found this sealed copy on discogs for roughly £100. H4 is my favourite movie of all time, and in my honest opinion the best in the franchise.

The opening has the most atmospheric scene in the entire Halloween series. The characters are solid, the plot is well thought out and the kills are great.

I chose this over the reissues as I believe they got the track listing incorrect - plus I’m not keen about non black LPs.

Happy Halloween!

“The darkest souls are not those which choose to exist within the hell of the abyss, but those which choose to move silently among us.” - Dr. Samuel Loomis

“I was only 8 years old when I saw him... but I was one of the lucky ones. I survived.” - Tommy Doyle

I recently picked up the Japanese pressing of Godzilla Minus One soundtrack LP (for $70 from Redscroll Records on Discogs). I’m hoping to get a copy of the Japanese pressing for the sequel that comes out Dec 11. I see that i can preorder it from CdJapan already, but with shipping and duties (because fedex and dhl with still charge to get it through customs, even if LPs are duty-free) will be over $100. People are also selling preorders on ebay for $130-140.

So, I’m wondering if anyone remembers if any US distributors carried the japanese pressing (not the US Waxworks pressing) when it released or offered a preorder in the US? Thanks in advance.

Super unlikely question, one of my favourite movies has my favourite soundtrack of all time. They did a very limited run 10 years ago (2 Pink LPs with inserts etc) . Does anyone know anyone who can help out.

Happy hunting!

“Michael, it will destroy you, too. One day, Michael, this rage which drives you... You think if you kill them all it will go away. It won’t. You have to fight it in the place where it’s strongest.” - Loomis

I want musical soundtracks on vinyl where can I find them and what are the best ones to get

Blue Incantation, Art Edition with alternative artwork & numbered risograph insert.

“You’re talking about him as if he were a human being. That part of him died years ago.” - Dr. Loomis

I'm not talking about the soundtrack with vocal / commercial songs on it, but the score - what movie score can you listen to over and over again...? For me it’s the Get Carter score by Roy Budd.

“I do love a good joke and this is the best ever: a joke on the children.” - Conal Cochran

Absolute killer soundtrack, it added so much to the vibe of this film.

Hi there, new here! I received a mail today that I get a partial refund for my ATM order, specifically for my preorder of "The Testament of Ann Lee". I was quite surprised about it and saddened and asked what happened. But it turns out their e-mail adress suddenly doesn't work/disappeared as I got a delivery failed notice from Gmail. I even tried Instagram and can't contact them again after an initial message. Kinda weird. Up until now I never had any issues with them. Has somebody else experienced something like that?

I was lucky enoygh to meet Claudio Simonetti yesterday at the Living Dead Weekend con in Monroeville PA (at the mall where Dawn of the Dead was filmed). At his table, he had these Demons LPs, that I couldn't resist. He was a very nice guy and autographed it for me.

“Look, Jimmy, rule number one, never get involved with a patient. Nurses, that’s another story. But patient is no good, it never works out.” - Bud
