This band is still not getting enough love.
I have the debut and their second cassettes which I loved so much.

Every song makes me smile. Their accent, the music, the lyrics.

And they are still recording ! That’s a celebration on any band after nearly 40 years.

One of the best albums from the 80’s for me.
Still keeping the tape that I bought on them. Still listen to this album on CD.

Love this rendition.

When people mention Scotland, all the Scottish indie bands will come to my mind.
The Jesus and Mary Chain are always one of those bands.

Always love reading band early interviews.
This interview was during their Darklands period. May 1987.

Happy Saturday folks.

Stereo Glasgow transforms into an iconic NYC sweaty dance floor where the music pulses through your body and takes you back to the inspiring roots of house music. We're bringing a NYC native and one of the city's brightest stars Kilopatrah Jones for their debut Glasgow set on the heels of their Berghain/Panorama Bar premier appearance. Dubbed "the Dancer's DJ" Kilo's energy is contagious.
