My best friend and I are not talking due to me basically calling her out.

The cards I pulled:
2 of swords in reversed
Death in reversed with the devil (the devil always pop out when I read about our situation)
The star in reversed
The world clarified with the 10 of cups with 7 of cups in reversed
Page of the cups clarified with the 7 of wands, queen of pentacles, and the tower.
(The 3 of pentacles was in the back of the deck as well)

From my interpretation I get that she’s trying to distract herself from the situation and trying to decide if she wants to stay friends with me or not.

(I need help understanding these cards more because I rarely do readings on myself 😵‍💫)

From the 6 of swords I resonate with feeling resistant to change, the breakup was probably good, since there were issues, but I blame myself often for what I could have done better and im still trying to reach out to her.

Ace of cups, I have barely created anything these last few months, im usually making music, i have mostly just been writing for a while now, but that’s usually just basic journaling. I do feel empty quite often, I only have work and this breakup that’s consuming me.. other women like me as well but I can barely put proper energy and focus toward them.

I was always told and seen when you get new cards and are trying to bond with them you sleep with them under your pillow. I was just wondering if it had to only be you? I would imagine you only want your energy. Will their energy affect it with it being under the pillow? I’m referring to like sleeping in the bed with your partner. Can you or do you need to be alone?

I’ve been having some issues with a friendship recently, and it in fact has ended as far as I’m aware. I just pulled a few cards about it twice, asking a broad question the first time, and a more specific question the second.

I pulled the tower and judgment reversed for the same outcome/present question of the situation both times. I’m honestly a little worried, and was hoping I could be pointed towards your interpretation of a clear meaning? I have my own, but I feel like I’m too much of a beginner to understand what seems like a giant neon sign in my face!

I believe it is essentially telling me what I already know, which is the situation ended shockingly/rather manically, and it ended a long term friendship. I suppose I’m just struggling to understand how judgment in reverse plays fully into that?

Going through my quarter life crisis. I’m 24, just got a divorce ending my 6 year relationship, moved on my own to NYC. Having one of the darkest periods of my life. Letting men use me because I feel a desperate need for partnership and realizing how hard it is to be alone. My interpretation: high priestess (my identifier card) signaling that deep down I know what I need to do, I know I’m worth more and I need to trust myself enough to be on my own. Death meaning I need a complete change in how I’m currently operating and perceiving my life, hanged man meaning I’m stuck in these patterns and that’s what’s causing my suffering? Usually I don’t pull all three major arcana at the same time and wondering what this could mean or if anyone has another interpretation I’m not seeing. Last night when I was settling in to do all my witchy workings I started with a simple 3 card pull. I simply asked my deck what this full moon wanted me to know and got this wonderful spread. So today i did a luck and money spell. After the spell, i wanted to ask my tarot deck about the spell. Like if it worked or not. Then i also asked some question about my career. So first i asked was the luck and money spell successful and got Queen of Wands.
Then i asked if i should start working with clay. I’ve been thinking of trying clay and make art with it and start an Instagram page to sell it. So i asked if i should go with it or if I’m on the right track. And i got 10 of Cups.
Then i wanted to know more so then i split the deck a picked the top card and got The Sun. And when i put the deck back together, i picked the top card again instinctively and got Queen of Wands again.

I also prayed to mother Hekate so i wanted to ask if she has a message for me and got The Sun again.

Then i asked about my current page with my boyfriend on insta and yt, is it gonna be successful and got The Sun AGAIN.
Then i asked what do i need to do now for to me achieve all that (like my successful art page and the page w my bf) and got king of cups and 10 of pentacles.
I just got my deck 2 weeks ago. So im not good at interpreting everything together at all.

Hello! I’m brand new to tarot and I am wondering about what is encouraged regarding how you place the cards. I know some people consider when a card is reversed and others disregard it. (I don’t really know what to make of it yet)

Flipping the cards by their sides doesn’t feel as natural/instinctual to me as flipping it from its bottom. Should I go with what feels most natural to me, or should I stick to flipping its side so as to not create confusion with the reversals?

i was doing a reading on myself today and i asked a question about a guy im interested in and am 99% sure is also interested in me. there is a dilemma however, me and this guy talk on instagram sometimes and the last time we talked, (which was on saturday) we talked for a very long time. this sounds great but.. he’s in a relationship currently and i’m not sure what to do. i saw the card as confirmation of mutual feelings just to give me peace of mind, but im new to tarot and could possibly be wrong. also i would like to know if the other cards somehow cancel out the lovers, please help 😭

I'm completely new to Tarot and did a personal reading for myself last night and found the experience extremely surreal. I had already gone through a couple of questions and got cards that resonated alot with me. But I suddenly thought of a final question I wanted to ask but was not sure if it was something Tarot cards could give an answer for. Since I was a child I always believed I had a guardian angel of sorts who looked out for me and helped me through my life, I asked the question if I did indeed have one, and drew a single card - Ace of Pentacles. It hit me to the bone when I realised the imagery was of a divine hand presenting a gift. I used the full deck and so having drawn that card out of the deck just seems so mystical to me. I just thought I'd share the experience, and wanted to ask if there was anything I could do as next steps in continuing to connect or communicate with my spirit guide or guardian angel in a productive way? i want to do a reading about how someone feels about me, but i dunno if to ask different questions for each card or the same for like threee cards

So I bought myself a tarot deck at an antique mall for myself as a birthday gift because I've always wanted to work with tarot and have always been fascinated by the practice.

After buying it I counted up all the cards and realised that it's missing 2 from the deck but I couldn't immediately identify which ones so I did a 2 card spread where I just asked the first card to identify the type of card that's missing (as in whether it was a cup, wand, pentacle etc.) and the second card to be whether it's a major/minor arcana card and then I'd do it again the second one that's missing

I swear up and down that I have no idea what cards were missing but the first card was a sword card and the second was an ace card, at first I was a tad sceptical I won't lie but then I actually checked and I'm genuinely missing my ace of swords card AND THEN I wondered "is there another sword card I could be missing?" And wouldn't you know? It's the six of swords!

I just found this to be so cool as a beginner and being able to casually ask what cards in the deck are missing and actually getting a straightforward answer is just so insanely cool to me and I wanted to share that! :D

i think they're interested but still testing the waters and choosing to be observant and carful about thier actions, and still being patient about the outcome and where things could go, although i feel that there's alot of hidden things from the last card in terms of feeling and situations

my interpretation is this connections seems to be fading. there is so much exhaustion between us and the three of wands tells me hes ready for something/someone else. while theres remnants of feelings, there isnt much desire to pursue our connection anymore (knight of cups rx). however, the ace of pentacles tells me theres still opportunity for it to turn around..?

the part that im confused with is when i asked what advice do the cards have for me and i drew 2 conflicting cards – nine of cups and five of pentacles, abundance vs scarcity. im not sure if its telling me to look inward for fulfillment since it does feel like ive been left in the cold by him.

meanwhile, ive written him a letter and ive been contemplating to drop it off (with other things) or shred it.

My own interpretation:
To me, it seems like they’re satisfied with the relationship we have, and there is potential for long-term romance, but they may be obsessed with a fantasy or something? They’re reminiscing the past and the intense chemistry we had but never explored. She was asexual until she met me and we did not flirt, but everyone felt the intense tension in the room when we were together (including us but we ignored it).
