Looking for a clean apartment in Saburtalo, Tbilisi (Budget: $450/month)

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for an apartment for my brother in Saburtalo, Tbilisi, ideally close to the Medical University or Delisi metro stations.

My brother is currently in his second year at Tbilisi State Medical University. Unfortunately, he suffers from several allergies, so maintaining a clean and hygienic living environment is especially important for him. I’ve been trying to find a suitable apartment, but it’s been quite difficult to find a place that is in good condition, well-maintained, and genuinely clean.

At the moment, he’s staying in a hotel because we haven’t been able to find a suitable apartment, and I’m really hoping to find a more stable and comfortable place for him to live. urgently.

Main requirements in a nutshell

  • 📍 Location: Saburtalo, preferably near Medical University or Delisi metro
  • 💰 Budget: Maximum $450 per month
  • 🏠 Type: Ideally a studio or 1-bedroom apartment, but I am also open to a shared apartment or a place with up to 3 bedrooms
  • 🧹 Condition: Clean, hygienic, well-maintained, and free from obvious issues such as mold or dampness, roaches, etc.

If anyone knows of a good apartment available for rent, has a recommendation for a reliable landlord, or can point me toward someone who might be able to help, I would be incredibly grateful.

I’d really appreciate any leads, suggestions, or contacts. Even a small bit of help could make a huge difference for us.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any help you can offer! 🙏

Question Title: Is European University good ?

Hi! I’m planning to study dentistry at European University in Tbilisi.
How is the teaching quality, practical training, and overall student experience? Is it worth the tuition fees, or are there any red flags?

I’d love honest reviews from current students or graduates. Would you recommend it?
