Josh Herrin said riders meetings need to be shorter...how?

I'm not sure if most folks have even seen the IG reel where he said he's attended more track days than most people across America, and seems to think riders meetings can be dramatically shorter. (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DbyVD2UB9cI/?hl=en)

Okay, how?

One idea was to have people watch videos. Great, how do you police that? How do you verify it hasn't been skipped or ignored? At what point does that turn into annual mandatory HR training modules? How much would that cost to produce, host, and validate? How do you account for every track having slightly different track entrance/exit procedures? How do you account for tracks using different flags for different reasons?
