What do contemporaneous reporting and court records establish about the case, and what remains unknown?

I just finished watching this and my God!! What the absolute fuck?!? How could a MOTHER psychologically torment her own daughter for 2 years as well as her daughter's friends?!? How could a mother encourage her daughter to take her own life just for shits and giggles?!? Her explanation of trying to protect her daughter makes no sense whatsoever and she needs to be locked up in a mental hospital for a very long time! Kendra Licari isn't fit to be in society.
