Dumating na rin finally ang engagement ring na pinagawa ko from Eve Fine Jewelry PH! I originally stumbled upon their page while browsing Instagram and comparing different jewelry shops.

I asked for quotes from several sellers, had to summarize all prices in Excel, and in the end, Eve Fine Jewelry felt like the right choice for me.

Funny enough, noong una, I actually asked fellow Redditors here, even sa r/AskPinoyMen, kung may mairerecommend or ma-vouch silang gumagawa ng engagement rings. Pero I don’t remember seeing anyone recommend Eve Fine Jewelry, so I decided to take a chance after doing research, your comments helped, too!

Sharing this not to hard-sell or anything, but because I know how overwhelming it can be to look for a jeweler when you’re buying something this special. I hope this post can also help someone who’s currently searching for their own engagement ring.

Hi, everyone! Awhile back, I posted some wedding gowns that I had tried on in this subreddit. And I just want to thank you for all your kind comments and for taking the time to reply. I really appreciate it. 🩷

Now, I'm back and would like to request your input again.

Over the past few months, I have been endlessly browsing wedding designs in different fabric in pinterest, facebook, google, instagram and even in tiktok. But I always found myself drawn to a minimalist gown in Mikado fabric. I really love the timeless and classic look it gives.

Last week, I've tried on several Mikado gowns in different designs but I'm still undecided about which one suits me best. I've already accepted that I might not be the kind of bride who instantly knows she found "THE DRESS" on her first fitting. So please let me know your inputs again for the last time. 🩷

My brother has a long time girlfriend and I really dont want her to be at my wedding but my brother sent her the invitation. ( for context his girlfriend has been very rude with my family. She would see me around but never even cared to say hello or look me in the eye.She would also go to family birthdays pero she wouldnt even greet the celebrant she’d just be there not talking to anyone not even caring to “mano” to the elderlies) I really dont want her to be there because we arent event close, never kami nag usap kahit more than 5 years na sila ng kapatid ko.Pls help me kung pano ko sabihin sa brother ko? My Lola told me na baka hindi daw magpunta ang brother ko if i dont invite his girlfriend but okay lang sana kung nagkaroon kami ng interaction before or if she wasnt rude.

Party Themed Events: Juan Pablo Pizza - also one of the special mention - a guest ordered for personal consumption for a different day.
Hosting by Demi - super easy to work with as well. love the program flow and how she carried the mood. constantly checking on us as well.
OTG Mobile Bar - sold out! another best seller. the titas who doesnt drink was able to drink!
Katch Make Up Artistry - very hulas free makeup. lasted the entire day without minimal retouch.
DJ Eon - was able to keep the mood up and alive. hyped up my crowd real good!
Prestigious Strings - delivered music requests and showcased the elegance. one guest said they felt like they were in heaven! haha
Cocina Manila - delivered ON TIME. all food were still warm and sealed properly. right count. and good taste.

Mid Tier:
Bridal Car ph - underwhelmed with the quality of the bridal car. ang luma haha huhu nagawa naman ang kailangan magawa. Buti nalang mabait ang driver.
Xtramiles Event & Management - Good. I just did not understand why "purple" was the main color.
August Creations - I loved their work with our cookie packages and name cards, the money envelopes could have been improved. but coordinating with them was good, delivered on time.
Potato Corner - Besides the usual 3 flavors and set up, there was just a mishap in prior coordination. like I ended up repeating the details previously mentioned or they reply really really late.
1128 Events by Ms. Charm Florist - Good flower decors for the church and aisle as well as entourage bouquets
Nana's Video Greeting Booth - A little underwhelming but could have added some more fun to it
Party Blast MNL - output was different from what expected. like i sent a layout, but only on the day i found out na hindi pala siya nasunod. not just 1, but 2 items. and maybe that is why they suddenly gave me a "free upgrade" for the lights and drapes.

Needs improvement:
1128 Events by Ms. Charm On the day Coordination - lets just say, they are better off as florists than coordinators. I mean no hate but book with caution.

Initially, binigyan namin ng save the date yung girlfriend kasi my friend asked to include her, pero hindi talaga siya dapat invited (I know, kasalanan din namin) because hindi maganda yung naging impression namin sa kanya in the few times we met her. Back then (early this year), ok naman sila and they seemed happy, so we said ok.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, nakwento ng friend ko that the relationship is not going so well. The short version of it is they're in a financially abusive relationship. We're only inviting 75 people to our wedding, so we want people who will ideally still be around after the wedding and/or people we actually like enough that we feel like our relationship with them could grow. The girlfriend does not really fall into any of these categories.

So we're thinking of just not sending her an invite and letting our friend handle it. Kinausap na rin namin si friend and ok lang naman daw sa kanya. Are we making the right decision?

Do you instantly get the ick when suppliers leave you on read? We’re canvassing suppliers and di mo maiiwasan mapansin sinong okay kausap at sinong hindi.

We’re eyeing this kind of popular videographer and we’re in the stage of signing the contract. Pero one week na hindi pa rin kami nirereplyan. Keep in mind active sila sa Instagram so I don’t understand why keep a client on read. I let them have a week before checkin in pero now parang kami pa waiting sa contract hahaha nakakastress.

Hi everyone, esp graduate brides! Magkano dapat ilaan namin for flowers (bridal bouquet and entourage flowers).

For context, our entourage will only consist of MOH, best man, parents, and principal and secondary sponsors. No bridesmaids and groomsmen. What should we ask for when looking for/choosing flower suppliers? And how much should we allot for it? Is 5k enough?

I don't plan on having an intricate/very unique bouquet. A simple one will do as we're also conscious of our budget.

Wedding namin nasa iisang lugar lang lahat. prep, ceremony at reception, so di masyadong komplikado yung timelines.

Bukod sa registration at pag papapila sa entourage, ano ano pa po ang roles ni coor?

Nag iisip ako kasi kung ibibilin ko nalang sa kapatid or kaibigan yung mga pag take ng registration or ibang gawain.

Willing naman ako mag book if talagang need, starts at 30k na ang presyuhan nila just want to make sure na sulit ang pag book at need talaga.

And baka may coor kayo na massuggest?
