MISSING PERSON - Adult The Girl Who Knew Too Much: The 2004 Disappearance of Phylicia Thomas from Lake Township, PA
The Untouched Beer
Twenty-two-year-old Phylicia Thomas was last seen on February 11, 2004.
She returned home from her shift at Pump ‘N Pantry sometime between 11:30 p.m. and midnight. According to her boyfriend, Ed Rudaski, he had fallen asleep on the couch before she arrived home. Phylicia reportedly went back outside to grab a beer from the ATV.
She was never seen again.
Or at least, that’s the official version of events. Almost immediately, the timeline surrounding Phylicia’s disappearance began to fracture. Ed Rudaski would eventually provide two different versions of what happened that night.
In the first account, he briefly woke when Phylicia came home, told her where the beer was, then fell back asleep. About an hour later, he noticed she was not in the bedroom. He checked the ATV and saw the beer was still there untouched. Thinking she might be at a neighbor’s house, he rode over on the ATV to look for her. When she wasn’t there, he returned home and went back to sleep.
The second version follows many of the same beats, but with one key difference: after checking the neighbor’s house, Ed claimed he continued searching instead of returning home. He was the dutiful boyfriend.
Both stories end the same way.
Phylicia was gone, leaving behind her winter coat and identification.

MISSING PERSON - Adult Heather Elvis
I really hope Sidney Moorer’s PCR appeal actually goes through and his conviction gets vacated—hear me out on why.
Right now, the state has zero leverage because he’s already serving his 30 years and has no reason to talk. But if his conviction is thrown out and his sentence is wiped clean, the clock completely resets. He goes right back to a county jail cell facing a brand-new trial, a massive media circus, and the very real threat of a life sentence.
That is the exact moment prosecutors can pull a "Mike Williams style" move. They can walk into his cell and offer him a plea deal with a significantly reduced sentence under one strict condition: he has to tell the absolute truth and lead investigators to Heather's body.
Sidney has always been the weak link in this dynamic. If they can flip him, get the answers the Elvis family has deserved for over 13 years, and finally bring Heather home, they can turn around and use his testimony to put Tammy away for murder for the rest of her life. It might seem backwards to want his appeal granted, but it might be the only realistic way to break the silence and finally get total justice.

MISSING PERSON - Adult St. Paul John Doe (1991)-Fundraiser for Investigative Genetic Genealogy
For more than 30 years, a man known only as St. Paul John Doe has waited for someone to restore his name. He deserves to be identified, remembered, and returned to the people who may still be searching for him.
On August 27, 1991, his remains were found near a transient camp in Battle Creek Park in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In May 2024, Moxxy Forensic Investigations partnered with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office to identify him through investigative genetic genealogy. This work could provide the answers that have been out of reach for decades, but it requires funding for DNA testing and genealogical research.
I’m an IGG intern with Moxxy, and my team is raising $4,385 to advance his case. Moxxy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and the funds raised are intended to help cover the case-related costs of DNA testing and investigative genetic genealogy needed to move the identification effort forward.
**Please donate today, or share the fundraiser with someone who may be able to help:**

**You can also support the case by purchasing “A Name for St. Paul” stickers:**

Every donation, sticker purchase, and share helps raise awareness of his case and brings him closer to identification. Please help us give St. Paul John Doe the name he has been waiting for.

Remember those who are still lost… Andrea D’Anne Durham — Missing Since 1990 from Royale Apartments, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Does Anyone Remember Living There?
galleryTitle: Andrea D’Anne Durham — Missing Since 1990 from Royale Apartments, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Does Anyone Remember Living There?
I was Andrea’s best friend and spent time at her apartment almost every day. It’s been more than 36 years since she disappeared, and I still think about her and the people we knew back then.
I’ve been reading through older discussions about her disappearance and wanted to bring the conversation back to life.
I’m particularly interested in connecting with anyone who lived at Royale Apartments in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, around 1990, especially those who lived in Andrea’s actual building.
Did you live there, visit friends there, or know anyone who lived in the complex? Does anyone remember the residents or people who regularly spent time there?
I have certain memories from that time that I’m still trying to piece together. However, I’d prefer to hear what others remember independently before sharing too many details of my own. I don’t want to unintentionally influence anyone else’s recollections.
I’m not here to accuse anyone or push a particular theory. I’m genuinely interested in reconnecting with people who remember Andrea, the apartment complex, and the people who lived there.
After all these years, I still have unanswered questions. Andrea has never been forgotten, and I hope bringing this conversation back can help uncover information that may have been overlooked.
If you lived at Royale Apartments around 1990 or knew someone who did, I would really appreciate hearing from you.

COLD CASE 2024 Winnemucca John Doe: NamUs Case UP132364
Wolf Pack DNA,** **in collaboration with the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office and the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, is seeking public assistance in the case of 2024 Winnemucca John Doe: NamUs Case UP132364.
The partial remains of an unidentified adult male were discovered near the Humboldt River in Winnemucca, Humboldt County, Nevada, in September 2024. The individual was estimated to have stood between approximately 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall. Eye color and hair color could not be determined.
In life, the individual’s skull had been surgically reconstructed using two metal plates, likely the result of severe head trauma. The plates contained no serial numbers or identifying markings that could assist investigators.
Recovered with the remains was a fragment of a “Goodfellow” brand waistband, a brand sold at Target retailers nationwide.
Based on forensic analysis and matches within existing law enforcement opt-in databases, the individual is believed to have been of South Asian and/or East Asian descent, with possible ties to China, Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam. He might also have ties to the Hmong ethnic community.
Volunteers at Wolf Pack DNA began the investigative genetic genealogy process in January of 2026 in an effort to identify this individual. Unfortunately, due to a limited number of usable DNA matches within existing databases, as well as matches primarily associated with foreign nationals and/or individuals adopted from outside the United States, efforts at identification via IGG have stalled. These challenges are increasingly common in cases involving individuals with recent immigration in their familial lines or limited representation in consumer DNA databases.
Despite the lack of identification at this time, Wolf Pack DNA remains committed to supporting agencies in their efforts to restore names to unidentified individuals and to bringing answers to families whenever possible.
If you are part of, or have ties to, any of these populations and have already taken a direct-to-consumer DNA test, we strongly encourage you to upload your results to GEDmatch and DNA Justice and opt in to law enforcement matching.
If you have not yet taken a DNA test, please consider doing so through a company of your choice, such as Ancestry, MyHeritage, or 23andMe. Once you receive your results, you can then upload your data to GEDmatch and DNA Justice.
Anyone with information that may assist in identifying this individual is encouraged to contact the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (775) 623-6419, the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office at (775) 785-6114, or visit the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) case page at:

COLD CASE Brenda Sica, missing 9 years
She was in a relationship with a high ranking military man who was married, supposedly the wife knew but was ok with it. Said man paid for her living expenses, rent, good, etc.
He was the last person to see her and claims he gave her $5000 to move out and somewhere with her new boyfriend. ( Sure Jan)
She vanished, sent some unverified emails to family which said she was in Wyoming then poof. Nothing. No interaction with cops, no accounts, no social media activity.
Anyways. Since then, the married man has died and with him any answers.
The cops could care less seems like. Since she had some alcohol issues. Which is so sad. She was a person with people that loved her. They deserve answers.
My theory.....is that either the married man or/and his wife got rid of her when she threatened to expose their golden local reputation. The wife was lawyer locally so explains why law enforcement did a less then stellar job at the investigation.
Heartwrenching there has been absolutely nothing for leads or breakthroughs.
If I was LE, I would be reinterviewing the wife. I'm sure she knows way more than anyone thinks.
