Out of the blue my ip13 went black and the remaining light it shown on the pic. It didn’t fall or something as it’s only my house phone. Please help.

I have total 2.2TB iCloud storage and 50+ GB free storage on my iPhone and iPad. However, I’m unable to download my video on the photos app and use them for anything. I am able to view the completely but as soon as I click on share or edit, it gets stuck on downloading.
I spoke to apple technician but they have no solid solution for it.

Things I’ve done already:
- reset network settings
- made sure I’m not on any VPN
- updated my iphone to IOS 27.2
- tried to access videos on iCloud browser

Any suggestions??!

The photo says it all... The Bluetooth can pick up my neighbor's watch but wants to ignore the JBL.

No other Bluetooth operating in the room... I unpaired my airpods and restarted the phone.

I made an Apple Account a day before my iPhone Air arrived, I link my delivery tracking to it on my laptop. I refresh the tab and it signs me out, so I try to log in again and it locks.

I request access, a day later I'm approved and the iPhone arrives. I start to set it up and it asks me for an Apple Account so I try to log in with the account that just got approved and it locks yet again.

I request access and a day later I get nothing so I call Apple Support, an advisor tells me to request access yet again so I do.

I receive today's email and it's been denied.

Genuinely what do I do?? I would make a new account but my phone number is already linked to this one. I'm going to try to call Apple Support again later (as I'm busy for a couple of hours right now) and see if someone higher up can just unlock the account now instead of having to wait a 5th day.

To add to that, during the backup process, my iCloud/iPhone often says something like unable to backup despite charging and connected to Wi-Fi. Apple support have no explanation.

I’m not in a sales job, I don’t text anyone but my family and coworkers. Never send unsolicited messages, I keep to myself. I woke up LAST Monday (8 days ago) unable to send iMessages. I tried switching it on and off in settings and was unable to activate. On my mac I kicked out and can’t sign in to messages either.

Called Apple and was told I was blocked for spam and to fill out the reactivation form. Filled form out and waited 24 hours.

Crickets.

Called again, asked to be escalated, told I need to update to iOS 27 then fill out the form again.

Another 24 hours, crickets.

Called and escalate again, and insist they elevate with engineers (this is Thursday) and I would have an answer Tuesday (today). The agent never called me back, and I called in myself and they said they are still “investigating”. I was told to not fill out the activation form again under any circumstances while we “wait for the engineers”.

Has anyone else been in this position? It’s been more than a week and it seems my entire Apple ID has been blacklisted. The most frustrating part is even though I did the iMessage deactivation (per an advisors instruction), if anyone with an iPhone tries to text me it will send AND SAY DELIVERED. There’s no indication to them I am unable to get messages, and since it delivers they can’t switch to RCS without deleting the thread. As soon as any tier 1 advisors get on the line with me they can’t hang up fast enough if I press them for more info, making me think I’m not getting the full story since I’ve gotten a different story from every senior advisor.

I just left my hotel in italy about 30 minutes ago and apple sent me one of those device left behind messages. So yeah i just clicked on it and it says that my ipad which i saw about 30 minutes ago lying in my hotel room in italy, is now in china. Does anyone maybe know what could have caused that because i cant even check if my ipad is still in my hotel room rn

I have a 2020 iPad Pro 12.9-inch (4th generation), 1TB, Wi-Fi only, that I’ve owned since new and maintained AppleCare+ coverage on the entire time.

This used to be my daily driver, but over the past few years it’s gotten progressively worse to the point where it’s basically unusable. The battery doesn’t even last long enough to watch an entire movie, and the OS has become incredibly sluggish, with constant lag during basic tasks.
It’s never been repaired or replaced, and I’m planning to bring it into Apple to see what my options are.

Given that it’s now six years old, I’m curious whether Apple still stocks replacement units for this specific model and configuration, or if there’s a possibility they’d replace it with a newer-generation iPad Pro under AppleCare+.

Has anyone had a similar experience recently, particularly with an older iPad Pro? What model did Apple end up giving you?

Sometimes my AirPods disconnect because they are out of battery but they clearly still do have battery because I’m 99% sure I charged it. Why does this happen sometimes I’m so confused

Hi all, so i got my iPhone 15 new in February of this year. The battery capacity is currently at 89%, and i have exactly 333 cycles (i use my phone a lot). ( Ialways quickly install the recent updates, I am on the most recent IOS)

So just for one example. Today when i got to class my phone was on 98%. I have my headphones on and was scrolling very fast through my \~ 200 song Spotify playlist (because i was looking for a fitting song for an edit), and within literally 5 minutes my phone is now on 80%, and it is very hot, unusually hot.

Also when i play games on my phone (animal jam play wild) it gets extremely hot. Like the back and the sides, the sides and almost painful to the touch actually, they sort of are right now too (phone still recovering from the Spotify scroll :/)

Also when scrolling through gifs on Pinterest, it gets ridiculously hot. I pressed the side (no case) against my mother’s arm and she said like yeah that is very abnormal.

I know that 3d games, gifs, etc make the phone work hard, but for reference i had a almost 5 year old galaxy a53 that literally had screen burn in from how much I used it and had a swollen battery, but any task, hell I could watch 10 movies at the same time, it did not even change temperature, it stayed cool

So yeah, does anyone know why this is happening to this extent and if there’s anything I can do to resolve it?

I have tried to get a pick up order for the duo but the Apple Store app keep asking me for a delivery address for a trade-in box when I don’t select the “I’ll bring my phone option”. But by the time I try to put that information the iPhone is sold out.

I decided to select the I’ll bring my phone option and I was finally able to secure one, but Im wondering if I can ask for a box there or just come back a later day to bring the phone.

So I recently got the 18 Pro and was wondering if any else has had this problem? The screen protector does not connect around the screen. I’ve had my carrier put on at least 6 of them and all the same problem.

Hi all, I have an iPhone 12 Pro and it was working fine as far as I was aware, until I went to take a picture on x2 zoom today and noticed this line in the bottom left corner.

It does not appear until I tip over from x1.9 to x2, and then remains in frame as I zoom out further, but does eventually disappear as I get closer to x3 zoom.

I took pictures in x2 on Thursday last week, so the camera was definitely fine then - I have not dropped it, or got it wet, or exposed it to high heat or anything since then, so, if this is damage to the lens, how could it have come about?

Anticipating it’ll just be one of those things I’ll never know the answer to, but thought it was worth asking. Also is the solution for me to take the phone to an Apple Store and ask about replacing the lens?

This is a PSA for anyone that may have this problem in the future, I no longer need help.

So I subscribed to Apple TV+. At some point, I forgot my password. No big deal, right? Every normal company on the planet lets you reset your password using the email address associated with your account.

Well, apparently Apple is too special for that.

I tried resetting my password, but instead of simply sending a recovery link to my registered email address (which I STILL have full access to), Apple asks me to verify my date of birth. I don't even remember entering a date of birth when creating the account, and whatever I enter doesn't work.

So I contact Apple Support, thinking surely a human being can resolve something this ridiculously simple.

Nope.

Their brilliant solution? I can only recover my account if I do it from an Apple device.

Are you kidding me?

So let me get this straight:

- You happily accept my money every month.

- You won't let me reset my password using the email address I registered with.

- You won't let me access my account to cancel my subscription.

- Your support tells me I need an Apple device to fix the problem.

So apparently I need to buy an Apple product just to stop paying Apple? Really??

And just when I thought this couldn't get any more ridiculous, Revolut wouldn't let me block Apple as a merchant either. Apparently, Apple gets some kind of special treatment there too. Only after filing a formal complaint with Revolut, they finally agreed to block Apple.

Think about how absurd this entire situation is. A company worth trillions of dollars has somehow managed to make something as basic as password recovery and subscription cancellation into a complete nightmare.

I have access to my registered email. I can prove I'm the account holder. I just want to cancel a subscription. This should take 30 seconds, not multiple support conversations and a formal complaint to my bank.

I've dealt with difficult companies before, but this is genuinely one of the most anti-consumer experiences I've ever had.

Congratulations, Apple. You've made sure I'll never give you another cent.

And to anyone considering subscribing to an Apple service without owning an Apple device: think twice. Getting in is easy. Getting out might be a completely different story.

I’ve had this issue before where my phone will delete texts/iMessages or I just won’t receive them from people because my storage is full.
Today my friend text me (actual green bubble text not an IMessage, not sure if that matters or not) and I didn’t get a notification for it but I saw it later in my messages, I didn’t open it right away but a little while later the text was gone. I deleted a bunch of stuff, pictures,videos, apps, old texts and group chats to free up space but the text never re appeared and I’m wondering if there’s a way to get it back.

Ok, so I’m setting up an emergency back up phone in case this one breaks, and I’m using this one to set up the other one, if I upload my data from this, and it gets transferred, will I still get the notifications that I get on this phone as the new one?
