News The line up of the first celebrity big brother 2001. Some look more happy about it than others.
2001 was also predicted to be a space odyssey. But the country had to settle for this instead.

I remember watching this at the time, even though I was quite young, but absolutely loved it! Anyone else remember this from when it aired in the mid 90s?

Bit of an old one, sorry about that, but I've just seen the episode and was wondering what other people thought of it? In regards to plot, but also the handling of the gay topics, and especially the sex change thing with Feadorca. Not quite sure what to think of it! Please give me your opinions

I’ve been trying to find out what happened to the original puppets from the 1990s children’s TV show Tots TV.
Does anyone know whether the actual puppets used during filming still exist, and if so, who owns them or where they’re kept? Are they in a private collection, a television archive, or possibly a museum?
I’ve contacted Ragdoll Productions and the National Puppetry Archive, but I thought I’d ask here in case anyone has behind-the-scenes knowledge, knows someone who worked on the show, or has come across information about the puppets whereabouts.
I’d absolutely love to know if these little pieces of British television history have been preserved, and whether there’s any chance of seeing them in person one day! Any leads or information would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

I think the main problem with Time season 3, apart from that one eye-rolling moment, was that attention spread too thinly. The three children, the guard, and the chaplain all had had major focus . Season 1 focused largely on two characters, and season 2 on three; in those instances, growth was clear and exchanges felt meaningful. For example, in season 3 the two boys who were meant to connect through learning to read was scarcely shown, and their farewells felt flat, contrast that with Sean Bean’s departure in season 1.

I’ve blown through pretty much everything that makes any top 25 list and then some, so am looking for slightly more obscure suggestions.

Honey is a brand new six-part, darkly comedic Cold War romantic thriller. The tender and flirty, slick and dangerous series goes deep undercover in 1980s East Berlin to explore a shadowy world of counter-espionage and risky but irresistible relations.

Does anyone remember a Bake Off style contemporary art competition from around 2009 that was on BBC Two? I can’t remember the name of it and can’t seem to find it online anywhere so I wondered if anyone had heard of it? Someone would get eliminated each week, I think there was a grand prize. Would be keen to watch it again!

i am in utter shock today, learning just how pointlessly long Pointless has been ... recorded / airing (without the £2,500 increasing in all this time!) for SEVENTEEN years: & never once have I been stopped on any of my city's shopping streets, high or centre or mall, to be asked to participate as one of their "100 People", nor have I ever seen them out & about, nor have any of my 100s of friends & acquaintances!: so my question is this: have YOU or anyone you know been stopped & asked a Pointless question as part of their 100 People Said?! tia.

I remember watching all 3 of the Trumptonshire series' growing up which were a huge part of my life and i still watch it to this very day, even though I'm 19. Everything about the whole trilogy from the storyline, the music, narration, and the songs had this special charm to it which made it so pleasing to watch. And out of all of them. Chigley has always been my number 1 favourite. Also Brian Cant's narration just gives it that special bit of magic, and it's one of those shows that's for anyone of all ages to enjoy.

What's the matter? You not seen versace before shithead! Loved this show so many quotable moments. It's so raw and gritty, grimm and so in your face. Amazing soundtrack as well Stone roses among many featured on it.

Without giving away any spoilers as to what happens in the remaining three episodes, who was the guy that Tina called and made a deal with? The guy sitting in the back of court. Was he from mi5? What power does Tina have over him to force a murder trial be called off. Thanks

Last night, a trailer aired on Channel 4 for a one-off quiz event called Bradley Walsh's Million Pound Shot, in which 'three plucky contestants step up for the chance to win up to £1 million. But there’s a huge secret twist, and this brand-new show presented by Bradley promises a night of drama unlike anything he’s hosted before, bursting with tension, big moments and a curveball that the audience won't see coming.'
Does anyone else think there's something sneaky going on here? Everything about it feels like it isn't a real TV show, and is actually going to be some sort of surprise/twist in the manner of a Derren Brown stunt or that bizarre Greg Wallace meat 'documentary', or the fake quiz show edition of Inside Number 9.
The fact it's Bradley Walsh on Channel 4 when he's the ultimate ITV man, the completely vague and generic title, the 'huge secret twist', and the fact it's a one-off 'event' airing on a Sunday night all make me think there's something else going on and it's not going to be what it seems.

I just finished watching House of the Dragons season 3. I think James Norton is such a good actor so I’m surprised to find out that he hasn’t won any major TV/film award. He was a really annoying baddie in HoD and Happy Valley!
He was one of the contenders to be the next James Bond and I think he could have been a really great 007 agent. Having said that, I’d root for Jack Lowden to get the role.
I’ve seen McMafia, Happy Valley, The Trial of Christine Keeler. What other TV series where he appeared you’d recommend?
