I'm currently enrolled in Claremont School of General Trias, dito sa General Trias, Pasong Camachile, and tbh, hindi ko talaga naging option 'to kasi hindi ko gusto itsura ng campus: sa loob ng subdivision, magkahiwalay campus ng elementary and high school, and 'yung high school building parang 4-floor apartment building lang. Hindi mo feel 'yung pagiging private school niya, para lang siyang public school (in a way na under-staffed and kulang facilities) with aircon—though, mas-better pa nga public schools kesa rito.

Here, the teachers **barely** teach, kumbaga nakikipag-biruan lang sila sa mga students and call it a day, and sometimes, ang baba pa ng binibigay nila na grade kahit 'di naman talaga sila nagtuturo. Additionally, 'yung high school department head is mahilig magpahiya ng students. Gets ko na it's a private school and talagang mamahalin 'yung binebenta sa canteen, but even bread pan—a simple snack—already costs 55 pesos. Aside from that, patong patong lahat ng babayarin, especially sa foundation day; it cost me more than 5k pesos even though wala naman din akong mapapala diyan, and though kahit 'di ka magp-perform, kailangan mo parin magbayad. May classroom fund collection din, which was shocking to me kasi sa mga naging previous schools ko bawal yan.

Dagdag pa sa bayarin 'yung practical research, because we do it manually—print kami ng print ng papers, and if rejected or may isang mali, sayang lang. Furthermore, the students here are toxic, dahil cramped yung high school building and sama-sama jhs and shs, medyo onti lang 'yung students, and most of the time magkakakilala na sila. As a student, I've been a victim of bullying and backstabbing ng mga classmates ko and even students sa ibang sections, pati mga teachers pinagchichismisan mga students nila; kumbaga ang secret mo, malaman ng isa, malalaman ng lahat.

Hi everyone! I’d like to ask if there are any buyers of Axeia Richdale in General Trias, Cavite who have experienced the same situation as us.

We purchased a pre-selling house in Richdale with a total contract price (TCP) of ₱4,955,000. However, just two months after our purchase, we noticed that the property was being offered for only ₱4.2 million.

When we checked the market price more recently, it was around ₱4.4 million, which is still significantly lower than our contracted price.

When the price initially dropped to ₱4.2 million, we emailed Axeia to ask whether they could adjust our TCP to align with their current selling price. Unfortunately, we’re still concerned about the substantial price difference, especially considering that the reduction happened only two months after we purchased the property.

We understand that developers can change their prices and offer promotions, but the difference is quite significant for us as buyers who committed to a much higher price just shortly before the reduction.

I’d really appreciate hearing from fellow Richdale buyers or anyone who has experienced something similar with Axeia.
Has anyone successfully negotiated a price adjustment with Axeia?

Did the developer offer a discount, rebate, or any other form of compensation to existing buyers?

If your request was denied, were you able to do anything about it?

Is there any possible legal avenue for buyers in this situation, or is the developer generally allowed to maintain different prices for buyers who purchased earlier?
