Was passing by the station and saw a man having a mental health “episode” and abusing a brown long haired chihuahua

I did call the police and they weren’t interested

I wish I just wrestled it from him and ran away

Me and my friend want to go out but I don’t know where to go myself and my friend is not from Coventry and I’ve never been to a Halloween party as I am usually a homebody but I’m looking to venture out of that and go out more so is their any parties happening or is their somewhere fun for two people in their 20s to go hang out and have a nice time please let me know.
