It’s as if he’s been here for two years, even though he’s only been here for two months.

I watched Batrakov’s previous matches and understood what he’d do wherever I went. I watched how he linked up with other strikers at his former clubs. He explained to me the runs I could make. If he were at another club, I’d be jealous. I hope he doesn’t get injured and continues to help us out. All my best wishes are with him.

Victor Osimhen: Winning derbies is crucial if we’re to become champions. We managed to win this massive derby and secure the three points. We’re delighted with the team, our performance and the fans. Our fans not only put the opposition under pressure but also supported us brilliantly.

We executed the manager’s tactics perfectly. We earned the three points we deserved.

Victor Osimhen: There were some discussions this week ahead of the match. I love this club. I’ll give my all for this club. I don’t pay any attention to social media. I see the fans. The Galatasaray fans have always been behind me and have always supported me ever since I arrived. I focus on the fans’ support, not on trivial matters.

I’m focused on my team. I believe we’ll achieve even greater successes.

We also had 367 accurate passes over their 180. We showed we’re still kings of Istanbul
