Henlo frens!
Good to see all of you here UwU.
Grab on to your bodypillows, I have a smol announcement about the purpose of this subreddit.
This community is meant as a fun, lighthearted place where we can commiserate with each other about those annoying little irritations that hinder our day to day enjoyment in life.
That means that suitable posts here can be about my children.
And things like a wall socket or tile being placed out of allignment. A crack in a phone screen. Duckling shit on your new car. Incomprehensible software. Mismatched buttons. You know, the little things.
This subreddit isn't meant to incite rage mobs that go after people. For that reason we say:
No posts about being banned from subreddit. No posts about up- or down-votes. No posts about shitty moderators or users or subreddits. No posts about reddit.
All jokes and tomfoolery aside, that sort of thing gets us in trouble with site admins. If we allow one type of post about reddit it then very easily moprhs into allowing posts that directly call out other subreddits or users, we just can't allow any of it.
That rule already existed for years and we have just made it more clearly visible in the sidebar on old and new reddit. We're gonna be a little strict on it for a bit I'm afraid. 🥺
Thank you all for being awesome and have a very Merry Christmas! Celebrate Christmas in the traditional European way, with a suasage roll!

Henlo every body!
In our never ending quest for increased customer statisftaction we have listened to all of your demands and clamouring and we have _finally_ installed a few new, fun post flairs for yuo to use at your leisure when posting to this subreddit!!
For too long you had a drought of good posting flair options so now you can choose from interesting and poignant flair options such as "wet socks" and of course the pereniall favorite "that's not milk". These are but a few of the new options available.
You can choose any of these or none at all when posting whatever you want, it's not like I care your not even my real dad.
We hope you all have a lot of fun posting here nd please remember to at all times give us a five star review on any mod survey feedback form.

I chose the “wait and save” option that would take up to 15 min and the driver was booked and arrived within a minute of confirming.
Charged at 5:38
Arrived around 5:40
In car 5:42

Looking for victorian antiques, and seeing stuff from 1970's and 1980's. Antiques dealers should surely know better.
PICTURE IS JUST AN UNRELATED PIC OF ANTIQUES

It's a pretty usual occurrence that I'll get carded when buying alcohol. I'm not sure if I should feel flattered or annoyed that the woman checking my ID thought I looked under 21. She claimed that I didn't look close enough to my picture and that my ID could be from an older sister.
For context my ID was taken 5 years ago.. I feel like i'm going insane. The last thing i'm going to do is lose my shit over a denied alcohol sale but I couldn't remember the address listed on the ID because I've moved around quite a bit since I turned 21. Once she matched the name on my credit card to my ID she accepted it.
At the end of the day I know she's just doing her job but is this not my face??
Edit/Correction: This picture is from my driver's license which I got a few days after I turned 21 (I confused the issue date of my first id which I got at 18 with my current license lol)
In my state my license won't expire until it hits the 8 year mark so i'm due for a new one in a year or two. I've been meaning to update my address but I'll be honest, I've been dragging my heels because I move every few years and have never run into any issues.
I should also reiterate, i'm not mad! just looking for insight

I bought a bag of Dino Nuggets with cute dinosaurs on the packaging. I thought the kids would like them, but when I took them out of the air fryer... surprise! Dickasaurus.

Those Spaniards could sweet talk an alarm tag off a bottle of wine until the bottle popped its own cork. Meanwhile, I’m over here trying to negotiate with a piece of plastic in English...
...But I will say, I still got the job done.
