Michael O'Neill yesterday claimed that Ceadach O'Neill has no bloodline to the Republic of Ireland team.
The GFA allows everyone who identifies as Irish to be an Irish citizen.
An Irish man born in Derry is as Irish as one born in Sligo.
Thoughts?

I'm from a unionist background and have a friend that asked me about this topic. I have never been and know absolutely nothing about it nor does my family. It made me wonder - has it modernised/is it grand for Catholics/Nationalists nowadays? I know the players are from a mixture of backgrounds. Are there chants/flags/loyalist symbolism around the place? I know many people just choose to support the other irish team but he's open to getting involved. He just doesn't know if it's genuinely neutral or not. I said I'd for for the craic. I'd imagine it's predominantly those from a Protestant background, which doesn't matter obviously, but is it like a linfield/rangers environment? Interested to hear your experience

Thought it would be a good discussion point.
I am a member of Ballyclare, £950 a year.
What are we all paying?
Was thinking of joining Galgorm but assume it is around £1.3k mark and heard its mad busy. Not sure I can justify.

The 23-year-old from Co Down competed in the race at the Paris La Defense Arena tonight.

If you've never had a chance to watch hurling before, today is a big opportunity to watch an absolute cracker. Both teams have not won in years so it's very likely to be very close and dramatic.
The game is only 70 minutes long and starts at 3.30.

Poor fella seems in a bad way, emotional interview said its his last time playing competitive snooker and wanted to bow out where it all started for him in Belfast and the Waterfront.
He has had personal issues last few months, really never seen him that down beat before. More important than ever that men talk to someone. Sport needs to highlight that more imo.
